This isn’t a “manage tickets” role. You are the architect, the executioner and the DRI for our Cloud Managed Services GTM, deploying solutions that turn operational noise into hardened outcomes. Here’s how you’ll make your mark:

• Own Service Reliability: You will be the go-to technical expert for 24/7 cloud operations and incident management. You'll ensure strict adherence to SLOs by getting your hands dirty, leading high-stakes troubleshooting to deliver a superior client experience.
• Engineer the Blueprint: You'll translate client needs into scalable, automated, and secure cloud architectures. You will write and maintain the operational playbooks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) that your squad uses every day.
• Automate with Intelligence: You'll lead the charge from the keyboard to futurify our operations. You'll embed AI-driven automation, predictive monitoring, and AIOps into core processes to eliminate toil and preempt incidents.
• Drive FinOps & Impact: You'll own the technical execution of the FinOps framework. You will continuously analyze, configure, and optimize cloud spend for clients through hands-on engineering.
• Be the Expert in the Room: You'll share your knowledge through internal demos, documentation, and technical deep dives, representing the deep expertise that turns operational complexity into business resilience.
• Mentor & Elevate: You will be a technical mentor for your peers. Through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving, you'll help build a high-performing squad that lives the “Always Hardened” mindset.

• Cloud Operations Pedigree: 3+ years of experience in GCP cloud infrastructure, with a significant portion in a cloud managed services.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of building and scaling a net-new managed services business.
• Client-Facing Tech Acumen: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, acting as the trusted advisor for cloud operations, security, and reliability.

As an ASP.NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the ASP.NET framework. • Application Architecture: Design and implement application environment
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based (on-premise) computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and monitor the disaster recovery (DR) of all servers.
• Respond and assign a team to resolve help desk requests
• Monitor and maintain server functionality and security issue.
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Automation configuration management using either Ansible, Puppet, Chef or an equivalent
• Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications such as DNS, FTP, and Web servers.
• Troubleshoot in-house network issues and fix them.
• Provide solutions to complex problems on the integration of various technologies
• Design plans as well as lead initiatives for the optimization and restructuring of network architecture
• Monitor the environmental conditions of a data center and cloud servers to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices
• Collaborate with IT handlers, sales, and data center managers to develop an action plan for improved operations

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of the Linux Operating System
• Expertise in Shell and/or Python scripting
• In-depth knowledge of any of the CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab etc.

• Expertise in any one of the cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and other cloud solution providers
• Strong experience with SQL and MySQL

• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations

Work experience as a Python Developer

Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (experience in Flask preferred)

Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ( NodeJS & ExpressJS) in) Development on both client and server-side
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and front end frameworks(Angular 7, AngularJS) 
• Having experience in building a responsive web design
• Experience with MongoDB and good knowledge in database concepts
• Experience with web frameworks like ExpressJS
• Developing secure Node.js end points using Passport, JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.
• Knowledge in Restful API Design
• Knowledge in unit testing tools like Karma, Jasmine etc..
• Experience with Version control systems like GIT and knowledge in GIT branching is necessary.
• Knowledge in continuous integration
• Strong object-oriented knowledge in any platform is a plus
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Backbone / KnockoutJS / EmberJS / ReactJS is a plus
• Knowledge in payment gateway integration is a plus
