UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The Candidate must be familiar with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and play a key role in building and maintaining web applications. This position will be responsible for working on both the front and back end of our web projects, which in turn will ensure that the web applications are stable, responsive, and effective.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack.
• Create responsive web interfaces using React.js.
• Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Ensure database operations are seamless and database schemas are well designed using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as UI/UX and backend developers, to define and achieve project goals.
• Suggest code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues to maintain and improve overall application performance.

Skills and Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field is required.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Ability to design and build user interfaces and server-side applications.
• Experience with version control systems - Git knowledge preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-2 years in outbound sales (B2B, SaaS, or IT Sales preferred).
• Strong ability to independently generate leads through various platforms and tools.
• Proven track record in nurturing leads and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Open to working onsite in Bangalore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Leverage online platforms, Gohigh Level and tools to build and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
• Develop creative and personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Orai's AI solutions.

Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:

• Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals for outbound prospects.
• Address objections and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.
• Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.

Pipeline Management & Target Achievement:

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.

·      Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

·      Strong skills in addressing objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.

Market Research & Sales Insights:

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.
• Use insights to refine outbound sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

·      Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, SaaS, or emerging technologies.

·      Hands-on experience with CRM tools for managing and analyzing sales activities.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with the team.

• Tele Marketing Executives:

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our services.
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently.

• Atleast 2 years experience in exclusive tech hiring, preferably for product startups.
• Expertise in leveraging the Internet, ATS/CRM applications and sites such as LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github to find candidates.
• You should be a pro at X-Ray searches and complicated Boolean search strings.
• Ability to devise innovative ways of sourcing candidates who are generally not available to most on the internet.
