BXI is looking for a sharp, driven professional to join our Real Estate Barter vertical and help grow a first-of-its-kind exchange marketplace for property assets.

What you'll do

• Identify and onboard real estate developers, builders, and property owners on the BXI barter platform
• Build and manage a pipeline of barter deals involving residential, commercial, and retail assets
• Negotiate and structure barter transactions between real estate and brand partners
• Develop strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers across Mumbai
• Collaborate with internal teams to close end-to-end deals and ensure smooth settlement
• Track market trends and identify new opportunities in the real estate barter space
• Own revenue targets and consistently drive business growth for the vertical

Who you are

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market — developers, micro-markets, and deal dynamics
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity and love solving complex deals
• Prior exposure to non-traditional real estate models (co-living, managed offices, barter, lease-equity) is a plus
• Strong communication in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred

Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.

Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats

Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.

Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.

Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.

Responsibilities:

IoT Deployment (on-field) and maintenance
Lead assembly, testing, and finalization of IoT products 
Black Box Testing: BLE, WiFi
Integration testing: (IoT, backend, and Android)
Test report and deployment setup documentation
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.

Required qualifications:

2021/2022 passed out B.Tech Graduate in ECE or EEE
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers like Arduino and ESP.
Knowledge of C programming language.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solution Architect/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be an integral part of our new clients onboarding team, responsible for understanding the Finflux SaaS lending platform and its functionalities. Your primary role will be to work closely with customers from financial institutes, NBFCs, Fintechs, and banks to understand their requirements and effectively map them with the

Finflux product, while identifying any gaps or customization needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with productmanagers to prioritize requirements and implement identified.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Product Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Finflux SaaS lending platform, including its Loan

Management System (LMS), Loan Origination System (LOS), Business Rules Engine (BRE), and

Delinquency Management System (Collections).

• Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze their business

requirements, pain points, and objectives. Identify their specific needs related to lending operations and

processes.

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive and innovative solutions by mapping customer requirements with

the Finflux product. Propose recommendations to bridge any identified gaps or customization needs.

• Requirement Prioritization: Work closely with product managers to prioritize customer requirements based
