Sales Executive

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in managing production infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have exposure to CI/CD tools and queueing systems, along with a strong ability to automate and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities: 

* Manage and optimize production infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

* Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes.

* Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

* Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Chef to streamline deployment processes.

* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

* Nice-to-have: Manage queueing systems like Amazon SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

Requirements: 

* 2+ years of experience with AWS, including practical exposure to its services in production environments.

* Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.

* Proficiency in using Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.

* Exposure to at least one CI/CD tool, such as Jenkins or Chef.

* Nice-to-have: Experience managing queueing systems like SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

• Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.

• Liaise with the Marketing Team, in order to deliver accurate information of new promotions and games updates to BPO Sales and Operations Team.

• Create variety of training solutions and methods based on the difficulty metrics of new product updates, in order to ensure the completeness of training materials

• Deliver training and standardize flow handling process to BPO Sales and Operations Team, in order to improve team’s skill and knowledge in technical/product and also to ensure customer satisfaction

• Liaise with leads across Sales and Operations function in finding gaps of interpersonal improvements, in order to provide recommendations and meet the company’s standard

• Deliver training, constructive feedback, and coaching of the trainees/agents, in order to improve customer service and engagement skills and communication

• Identify and assess the training needs of the business organization.

• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals

• Develop annual training programs and development needs assessment.

• Effectively manage the training budget.

• Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

• Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts

• .Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance

• .Becoming a business partner to department heads, provide solutions and help identify challenges.

Salary : Php50,000 - Php65,000

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.

• Experience with Swift, Swift UI, Unit test.

• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of network connections, Rest API's and scheduling. Strong knowledge about security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.

• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.

• Excellent code data knowledge, socket programming & debugging skills.

• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform, Swift and Objective - C.

• Integrate and consume web services (JSON, XML, etc.)

• Familiar with Version control system such as GIT.

• Identify, contact and engage prospective clients.
• Online ad sales.
• Make daily sales calls/presentations and bring revenue for the company.

• Having 6+ experience as a QA/SDET
• Having good knowledge on iOS/Android App based apps testing.

• Good in writing manual test cases with all possible scenarios.
• Good exposure on JIRA, Zypher and QC.
• Good in debugging skills and ELK stack.
• Good to have experience in Java and automation technologies
