Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot
• Build robust RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Work on microservices architecture, including containerization and orchestration
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or above
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs
• Proficient in object-oriented design principles and software design patterns
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
2. Experience in Agile development using JIRA, GIT,  Confluence.
3. 3+ years of Experience in  node.js + Express.
4. Experience in profiling, debugging & troubleshooting Node.js processes.
5. Strong Experience as a backend developer for REST API design.
6. Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQLdatabases like  PostgreSQL / MySQL or MongoDB
7. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
8. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
9. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years development experience
• Solid Experience and knowledge of

• Coding and debugging using Object Oriented languages like Java, C++, Go or similar languages.
• Database design, Query optimizations, pitfalls (both SQL, NoSQL)
• Developing Scalable, distributed systems and patterns
• Developing REST and/or GraphQL based APIs
• Writing and driving Clean code in a team (via SOLID principles).
• Knowledge of writing unit tests

• Experience with GoLang/Python
• Experience with Microservices, designs and patterns
• Experience with Dockers/Kubernetes and orchestration
• Familiarity with    Reactive    programming    and patterns like RxJs/RxJava, CQRS, Eventing systems

• Work with Product team and Drive design, development and deployment of the overall architecture and individual modules to support our Apps , website and internal tools
• Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for availability, speed, scalability, testability, debugging
• Design and development of our REST and GraphQL API
• implement and improve continuous integration and deployment
• Serve as a technical lead for the team
• Mentor team members

As a Product Developer at TrusTrace, you’ll get to solve challenging and real-time problems using cutting edge technologies. You get to work with industry thought leaders and big-name brands. You will work with the product team to materialize the requirements into pieces of user stories and priorities. You will get hands-on experience in polyglot programming to build solutions and write tests to ensure quality code. (We primarily work on Java, typescript/node, and golang). If you build it, you will own it, i.e . you will be generating metrics, track improvements, and bug fixes for features that are built and shipped by you.

Experience & Skills: (3 – 6 Years) The successful candidate will have

• Strong fundamentals in frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring-boot.
• Sound knowledge in Java and JVM ecosystem.
• Write the production-grade test code. Junit/ TestNG
• Proficiency with Rest API performance and OpenAPI standards.
• Experience in building cache layers and invalidate them properly ;-)
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL(Mongo) database.
• Experience with Elastic search or Solr is preferred.
• Basics understanding of cloud infrastructures (Preferably AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Should have startup/product Experience

Educational Qualification : Preferably from CS/Circuit Background

• Deep understanding of technologies and architecture for a scalable and highly available set-up
• Experienced in Java/Golang and related Technologies like Spring/Hibernate
• Strong networking and Operating Systems fundamentals
• Experienced in Streaming technologies like Kafka
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Experienced in developing the long-term tech strategy for analytics and translate that into an achievable roadmap
