Role Overview:
The State Sales Head will be responsible for driving state-level sales growth through effective management of Area Sales Managers. The primary responsibility will be to appoint, guide, and monitor

The State Sales Head will act as a key driver to achieve revenue targets, maintain strong franchise relations, and ensure consistent growth in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Appoint, train, and supervise Area Sales Managers to deliver on state-level sales and business objectives.
• Drive recruitment of Management Role Franchises and Shop Franchises in alignment with
Genericarts expansion strategy.
• Ensure achievement of state-wise revenue targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain healthy business relations with all Management Role Franchises to maximize revenue generation.
• Create strategies for continuous franchise growth, support, and business development.
• Track performance of Area Sales Managers and franchises through KRA (Key Result Areas) and
KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
• Provide regular reporting and market feedback to senior management.
• Resolve franchise-related issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Number of new Management Role Franchises and Shop Franchises appointed.
• Performance and productivity of Area Sales Managers.
• Franchise satisfaction and retention rate.
• Growth in state-wide business penetration and brand presence.
Required Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in FMCG, Cement, Paint and all Retail, or Franchise Business.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Alliances, or B2B Sales

• Prior exposure to building partnerships from scratch or scaling existing programs
• Experience collaborating with global or regional sales teams
Responsiblities
• Own and grow sales-driven partnerships (channel partners, resellers,
technology partners, system integrators, or strategic alliances).
• Develop and execute partner sales strategies aligned with overall revenue
and go-to-market objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and enable new partners to expand pipeline and
coverage.
• Build and manage a partner-driven sales pipeline, ensuring predictable
contribution to revenue targets.
• Drive partner enablement through training, sales playbooks, product
knowledge, and ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing) to plan and
execute joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers from internal and CP generated leads.

Strong Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) Profile
Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales solution engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have spent the last 3 years continuously in a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales / Product Specialist role, with clear ownership of customer-facing solutioning responsibilities.
Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience conducting technical discovery sessions, client demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) with enterprise or mid-market clients.
Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have led or co-owned sales cycles for $50k+ ACV deals for at least 2 years, where selling $50k+ ACV was the core sales motion.
Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience in solutioning, configuring, and implementing technical demos of SaaS products.
Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have a strong understanding of APIs and SaaS architecture.
