Role Overview

The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences across a comprehensive

product ecosystem that includes Video Management Software (VMS), Video Analytics, AI

modules, Cloud solutions, and a Unified Platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with

Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to translate complex surveillance and

enterprise workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for

end-to-end design execution—from research and conceptualization to prototyping, delivery,

and iteration. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for a designer who thrives in

complex enterprise environments and wants to influence product experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Delivery

● Deliver end-to-end UX/UI designs, ensuring usability, clarity, and workflow efficiency.

● Translate intricate enterprise workflows (monitoring, alerts, dashboards, incident review,

configuration) into simple, intuitive interfaces.

● Create wireframes, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

designs.

● Contribute to the evolution of the design system and maintain consistency across

platforms (desktop, web, mobile, edge devices).

Product Experience & Delivery

● Work with Product Managers to understand user needs, requirements, and business

goals.

● Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, refine interactions, and

support implementation.

● Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, and design reviews.

● Work with QA teams to validate user flows, UI behaviour, and overall experience quality.

● Support rapid iteration cycles using prototypes and continuous feedback.

Research & Customer Focus

● Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow studies with operators, administrators,

and field users across smart cities, airports, logistics, and enterprise environments.

● Analyse user insights and translate them into actionable design improvements.

● Participate in usability testing and refine designs based on user behaviour and feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure cohesive,

user-centric experiences.

● Collaborate with Visual Design and Marketing teams to maintain brand alignment across

interfaces.

Key Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise software or B2B SaaS

environments.

● A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI

work for complex workflows.

● Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

● Experience across the full design lifecycle: research → conceptual design → prototyping

→ delivery → iteration.

● Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals, with the ability to articulate design

decisions clearly.

● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with Product and

Engineering stakeholders.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centred design mindset.

• 4+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
• Must have experience owning end-to-end data architecture and complex pipelines
• Must have advanced SQL capability (complex queries, large datasets, optimization)
• Must have strong Databricks hands-on experience
• Must be able to architect solutions, troubleshoot complex data issues, and work independently
• Must have Power BI integration experience
• CTC has 80% fixed and 20% variable in their ctc structure

Preferred

• Worked on Call center data, understand nuances of data generated in call centers
• Experience implementing data governance, quality checks, or lineage frameworks
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, Glue Workflows), Python, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong architectural capability, excellent optimisation skills, and deep hands-on experience in modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will have advanced SQL skills, strong expertise in Databricks, and practical experience working across cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. This role requires end-to-end ownership of complex data engineering initiatives, including architecture design, data governance implementation, and performance optimisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, pipelines, and integration frameworks.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, transformations, and Databricks-based data workflows.
• Architect and deliver high-performance ETL/ELT processes across cloud platforms.
• Implement and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, and access control.
• Partner with analytics, BI (Power BI), and business teams to enable reliable, governed, and high-value data delivery.
• Optimise large-scale data processing, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data pipelines and platform performance.

• Proven industry experience as a Senior Data Engineer, with ownership of high-complexity projects.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Strong expertise with Databricks for data engineering workloads.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms — AWS and Azure.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and optimisation techniques.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting environments such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data quality and governance
• Proficiency in python or another programming language in a plus.

Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer specializing in Angular JS, NodeJS, and React Native, who is extremely hands-on and can take charge of the complete Web Development process to deliver unique & customer-centric web applications.

Skills :

- PRIMARY SKILLS NEEDED: NodeJS, AngularJS, React JS

- MySQL and NoSQL DB (like MongoDB/Cassandra) - MUST HAVE.

- jQuery, JSON, AJAX, web services/REST, SQL.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

• Knowledge in AWS or other cloud Infra.

React Native Developer with iOS  experience - 6 months contract.

Job Requirements :

- A solid knowledge of JavaScript,HTML&CSS & React Native

- Experience in native iOS and Android development

- Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming

- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ

- Understanding of REST APIs
