About the role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a solid background in the DevOps or Developer tooling space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Kubernetes ecosystem and experience in positioning products that offer significant value to DevOps teams, platform engineers, site reliability engineers, and software developers. This candidate must also be able to craft engaging stories that capture attention and educate prospective customers to drive pipeline growth.
What You'll do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our Kubernetes application management platform, focusing on highlighting its ease of use, automated deployments, and seamless integration with popular DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate product capabilities into compelling marketing messages and campaigns.
- Create targeted content that explains our platform's features (such as containerisation in a few clicks, painless multi/hybrid-cloud deployments, unified DevSecOps, and cost optimization strategies) in the context of use cases.
- Engage with the Devtron community to gather feedback, share knowledge, and promote new features.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position Devtron effectively in the DevOps and Kubernetes tooling market.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, value propositions, and target customer segments.
What You'll need:
- 5-15 years in Product Marketing or related technical fields.
- Proven experience in product marketing within the DevOps, developer tooling, or related software technology space.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD processes, and DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical features into benefits and value propositions for a non-technical audience.
