Educational Qualifications
Required- Diploma Certificate in Primavera Project Management.
Preferred Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering (Electro-Mechanical Prefered).
Excellent IT skills and software skills with proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication & organizing skills.
Proficiency in using Primavera P6.
Experience
Minimum 2 years? experience in working with Primavera P6 on major projects.
Language? Fluency in English
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
1. Maintain Cost and Resource loaded Baseline Schedule in Primavera P6 and other scheduling programs.
2. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project/ other scheduling programmes that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors. schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.
3. Collect progress related information from field and update progress in Primavera P6, including issues and thresholds, performance monitoring and reporting, histogram management, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis) using effective planning techniques and controls.
4. Update the Primavera Schedule as per the frequency required (daily/ Weekly /Monthly).
5. Prepare and assign Daily Tasks to work Coordinators/Supervisors based on the updated Schedule and the priority assigned by the Project Manager.
6. Attend to all Planning/ Progress related meetings and tasks assigned by Client/ Management.
7. Coordinate with Client, Site Managers, Work Coordinators and other stakeholders on all matters related to planning, scheduling and controlling of the project execution.
8. Participate and provide positive contribution to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the organization and in accordance with Client, Contractual and regulatory requirements.
9. Regular visits to Sites & Project locations to discuss and gather progress information.
10. Undertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed with the Line Management.
