• Definition, development, implementation and execution of reusable, flexible, accurate and well-documented test plans for our (embedded) software.
  Ensure the quality of deliverables for the embedded real-time software application by defining test plans, performing manual testing, and developing automated tests that cover functional, integration, system, performance, and regression aspects.
• Working with specifications, technical documentation, existing use cases and business requirements.
• Proposing improvements to address the identified problems, which you will follow up on and, when they are value-adding, embed them in the testing frameworks.
• Create and implement testing methods, record results, and provide recommendations to improve quality.
• Perform and execute end to end validation of components and lower-level changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in the field of (Embedded) Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with testing software.
• 3+ years use of Python, C/C++
• Experience using embedded development and testing tools (emulators, debuggers, analyzers, etc.)
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing embedded software automation and test scripts 
• Understanding of operating systems (Embedded) Linux, RTOS and some basic understanding of microcontrollers.

Other (preferred) Qualifications:

• Working multidisciplinary knowledge about electronics, software, and hardware
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Ability to understand (embedded) hardware documentation.
• Bash / Shell scripting
• Experience with Level2 AC EV chargers and/or DC fast chargers.

• 12+ years of experience in software development with least 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Proven and demonstrable experience in creating scalable solutions
• Proven experience with leading large-scale builds, with multiple squads running at the same time
• Familiar with production Cloud / DevOps environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Good leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience in modeling and graphic representation

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes; suggest improvements
• Create business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals; create and implement business visions and goals by solutioning new implementations/improvements
• Facilitate decision making on technology architecture, build versus buy strategies and vendor (keeping in mind the IT cost)
• Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues; problem solve on tech challenges faced
• Audit compliance with the Enterprise Architecture standards
• Ongoing publicity and communication of the Enterprise Architecture both within the IT community, and the business units
• Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise
• Mentor and Coach the technical team to effectively build solutions; organize training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth
• Thought partner with the CIO on people, process, and platform decision

• You'll help shape the product by leading the overall design and development of the technical solution
• Designing and developing user interfaces using React best practices,
• Developing Front end application code and unit tests in React along with Service Layer
• Shine with engineering excellence by developing test infrastructures, writing documentation, ensuring high performance, and following an agile development methodology
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Research on new frameworks for improving the architecture
• Ensure development best practices are followed (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews)
