Key Responsibilities :

• Client outreaching through calls, chats and mail.
• Engage potential clients and convert them into active trading clients.
• Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination for revenue generation.
• Establish and maintain long term client relationships.
• Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
• Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.

Qualifications :

• Fluent English Communication.(verbal and written)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree. (must have )
• Sales or direct client interaction internship experience for freshers.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct client interaction profile for experienced applicants.
• Knowledge of the Domestic and Global Financial Market. (Forex & Comex)
• Should be a driven, goal-oriented and active team player with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experience in International Sales, Marketing and Financial Services will be preferred.

Role: Full Stack Developer Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design and develop production-ready web applications with excellent frontend user experiences and robust backend systems. You’ll work closely with our AI, product, and design teams to build interactive platforms connecting users with intelligent AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications with modern frontend frameworks and scalable backends.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate agent-driven APIs and real-time data into the UI.
• Design and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs and efficient database structures.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and user responsiveness.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following software design principles.

Requirements:

• THE CANDIDATE MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT AND HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF UI/UX DESIGN PRINCIPLES.
• Strong expertise in Frontend Technologies:React.js,HTML, CSS
• JavaScript,TypeScript, and DOM manipulation.
• State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API,Rest API).
• UI libraries like Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and offer solutions
• Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end
• Code review for the source code delivered by team
• Understand the business requirements and deliver it through outsourced team

Responsibilities :

·         In-depth knowledge in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, client-side scripting, and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

·         Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

·         Deep knowledge of Angular 2+ (Typescript)

·         Strong knowledge of CSS3 extended languages such as SASS / LESS

·         Implementing responsive design for mobile sites

·         Ability to write high-performance, reusable code using JS best practices.

·         Experience in code optimization and refactoring.

·         Experience working with theme frameworks like Bootstrap or any Material Design libraries

·         Comfortable with JSON data manipulations
