Primary anchor channel: SEO. Secondary: content, outbound lead gen, analytics, CRO, competitor intelligence. Paid ads are supportive, not primary.
Location: Bangalore, in office.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 4-6 years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
- At least 2 years doing SEO-led growth specifically, not just content writing or social media
- Has worked at a funded SaaS startup or a serious agency with SaaS clients
- Has owned a full funnel at least once, not just executed one channel under someone else
Skills: Must-Have
- Strong hands-on SEO: intent mapping, topical clusters, technical SEO, backlinks
- Content strategy and editing (written English strong enough for US audiences)
- GA4 and Google Search Console fluency (can build dashboards and read data)
- Cold outbound execution with modern tools (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead)
- Competitor teardown ability (SEO, positioning, pricing)
- AI-native: uses Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity daily for research, content acceleration, workflow automation
Skills: Good-to-Have
- Paid ads literacy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) - enough to brief an agency
- HubSpot or similar CRM configuration
- CRO experimentation experience
- Basic familiarity with SQL, Zapier, or no-code automation
- Experience with programmatic SEO at scale

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients for digital marketing projects.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and brand strategy to develop effective digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, content) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Prepare and present campaign plans, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
