We’re expanding our product offerings and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to execute our product vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will spot gaps in our product, identify opportunities for innovation, and turn insights into impactful solutions. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from strategy and ideation to launch and adoption—driving measurable business outcomes along the way. This postion is a high impact role working directly with the founders and engineering team to drive product and GTM execution. This is an in-office position based in Coimbatore. 

Objectives of this Role

Responsibilities

Create & Implement Product Strategy

• Translate business strategy into actionable product strategy.

Conduct Market & User Research

Oversee Product Development & Design

• Guide product development with a focus on customer-centric design.
• Leverage customer and stakeholder feedback to refine features.

Drive Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

• Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and progress to all stakeholders.
• Align teams before major milestones (feature definition, pricing, launch, testing, post-launch review).

Lead Product Launches & Adoption

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to enable effective rollout.
• Leverage CRM, analytics, and project management tools to track impact.

Enable Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Create training resources, help pages, and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to ensure product adoption.

Requirements:

*Bachelors and Master Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

*Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the deep tech or engineering industry.

*Strong understanding of Engineering, Medical, IoT, AI, Aerospace & Defence, and/or Embedded Systems.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

*Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Description 

Your Role - 

• Responsible for providing technical solutions to existing and prospective Fintech and Enterprise customers throughout the implementation stage of the onboarding cycle. 
• Ensure new customers are onboarded with the right mix of products. Existing customers can design their product using an appropriate mix of FP products.
• You will become an SME for all products and assets of Cybrilla and collaborate with the product team to improve the product better.
