Location: On-site – Bengaluru

Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time Internship)

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be responsible for ideating, creating, and delivering content that engages audiences across platforms—especially around tech and long-format narratives. You’ll be

featured in some on-camera content, so we are currently looking for a male candidate for role-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize and create engaging long-format content, particularly in the tech space.

● Script, shoot, and edit videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

● Be comfortable appearing on camera as a presenter or host for certain video formats.

● Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

● Stay updated with trends across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

● Male candidate (role involves on-camera presence requiring a male host).

● Experience in creating or scripting tech-related or long-format content.

● Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma is a plus.

● Strong storytelling and communication skills.

● Comfortable in front of the camera and presenting ideas clearly.

● Available to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru for the internship duration.

1. Design patterns- socket communication/ micro services architecture

Required Skills - B2B sales, staff augmentation , client acquisition, IT staffing

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Objective-C, or increasingly, the Swift 3.0 programming language

Apples Xcode IDE

Frameworks and APIs like Foundation, UIKit, and CocoaTouch

UI and UX design experience

Apple Human Interface Guidelines

2D and 3D graphics frameworks like SpriteKit and SceneKit

OpenGL or Metal, iOS graphics APIs

Familiarity with iOS 10 and newer OS versions

A Git code repository technology

Strong Objective-C skills and inside-and-out knowledge of the iOS SDK.

Experience using and creating scalable web-based Restful APIs.

Responsibilities:-

• Manage senior business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and CRM initiatives
• Lead workshops gather requirements, and design solutions
• Manage the implementation and delivery of new initiatives
• Hands-on configuration.
• Design, build and deliver salesforce technical design/architecture in line with client requirements;
• -Own architecture and design of complex solution components (Integration, Security, Custom development);
• -Demonstrate technical development skills (scope technical portion of a project and estimate resource requirements);
• -Work closely with stakeholders within client organization;
• -Work closely with and support the Sales community.
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce releases and functionality, making suggestions to improve existing processes and implement new solutions
• Manage and mentor junior team members

Required skills and experience:-

• Experience working across the full Salesforce project lifecycle from analysis, design, testing to implementation.
• You’ll have 5+ years experience of working on deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle, ideally using Agile development techniques.
• You’ll have a proven track record of successful delivery on customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations
• Demonstrable experience supporting and maintaining Salesforce.com CRM applications i.e. SalesCloud, Service Cloud
• Experience with Marketing Automation / Marketing Tools i.e. Marketo or Eloqua
• Previous team leadership/management experience is desirable
• Product discovery and ideation experience
• Conducted focus group sessions/ cross-functional workshops, etc for requirement gathering
• -Knowledge of data and content migration, automated testing, release management, source control tools;
• -In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including Visualforce, Apex, and API’s;
• -Experience with CRM, CMS, ERP, CPQ, Portals, SSO, E-commerce and ESB/SOA applications;
• Demonstrated ability to drive a product vision, manage a roadmap, and influence without direct authority
• You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
• You’ll have excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-board discussion with customers.

• 5+ years of experience participating in the delivery of technology services.
• A proven ability to learn new applications & innovate in technology
• Strong Experience in technologies like Node, Webservices and Microservices
• Experience with cloud components and services and containerization technologies is desirable
• Exposure to ReactJS mandatory
• Experience working with multiple types of datastores: Mongo DB, SQL
• Experience in integrating, designing and developing solutions is desirable
• Experience with CI/CD and TDD is desirable
• Frameworks - Express , Hapi , feathers
• Strong knowledge in Javascript

• You will be proficient in Agile methodologies of Software Development especially SCRUM.

• You will have an intermediate level skill set in web development using .net technology.
• You will have a fair understanding of the testing cycle to improve the quality of the software being developed.
• You will assist in writing software requirements documentation.
• You will assist your seniors in doing business analysis on live projects.
• You will assist in doing software testing as and when required.
• You will attend regular training sessions conducted by your seniors.
• You will strive towards writing better code which is more efficient and is also maintainable.
