🎯 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Mandatory: Experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Storage industry.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience using Spine HR Suite (payroll, HRIS, attendance, recruitment, etc.).

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Payroll & Compliance to oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee compensation for our retail operations. Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
