* Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.
* Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle knowledge on the HCM Extracts development across modules like Time and Labor and Payroll
* Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.
* Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.
* Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas.
* Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
