Job Description

Key Responsibilities
People Analytics
- Manage and analyze HR data across workforce lifecycle processes including:
- Headcount/FTE

- Attrition and tenure analysis

- Engagement and survey analytics
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy through:
- QA checks
- Duplicate and null validations
- Hierarchy integrity checks
- Documentation and change control
Visier Configuration & Analytics
- Build and customize:
- Dashboards
- Metrics
- Dimensions
- Calculated fields
- Filters
- Configure audience-based access controls
- Apply privacy thresholds and data suppression rules
Power BI Reporting
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Build star schema data models and define relationships
- Create DAX measures and optimize report performance
- Configure data refresh schedules and gateways
- Follow visualization best practices and workspace governance standards
SuccessFactors Reporting
- Work with SuccessFactors reporting tools:
- Story Reports
- Canvas Reports
- Table Reports
- Support Employee Central and Recruitment module reporting
- Deliver regular BAU reports and ad hoc reports to business leaders
Data Analysis & Talent Insights
- Interpret and analyze complex HR data sets
- Provide actionable talent insights through dashboards and analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics / BI roles
- Strong expertise in:
- Visier configuration and analytics
- Advanced Excel (Macros, Power Query, Dashboards)
- Power BI
- Good understanding of HR systems, HR processes, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities
