- Identify and Source candidates with matching skills and experience as specified in the requirements
- Interview and qualify shortlisted candidates to confirm suitability (technical, administrative and personal), attitude, honesty and reliability
- Confirm that the chosen candidates are willing to be deputed to work at our clients’ premises
- Build confidence and trust in the candidates that they are our team and full-time employees
- Follow-up with candidates by sharing with and obtaining from the candidates all information promptly and periodically throughout the recruitment process

2. Embedded development – preferably middleware development
3. Multimedia domain, like – AV, Gstreamer, RDK, DASH, DRM (widevine and playready), HLS, OTT app integration(Chromium/Cobalt integration for any AV apps, such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney etc.)

4+ years with hands on development in Dynamics365 Customization, Plugin Development, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Responsible for Delivery and Operations in CRM area, particularly with expertise in Microsoft dynamics. This covers business and global functional leads interactions, requirements gathering and analysis through Development, Unit Testing, Implementation.
- Strong Techno functional knowledge in Microsoft dynamics area for driving the transformation activities.
- Strong end to end process knowledge in CRM area.
- Ability to drive PoC’s using Microsoft Dynamics and related tools.
- Ability to handle the maintenance activities.
- Very Proactive and taking initiatives in driving the newer emerging trends in CRM area which will add business value.
- 4+ years of experience with hands on development experience.
