L1 IT Support Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Writing Trainee to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics to produce original and engaging content.

Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) with atleast 3+ years in B2C companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience building or working with highly scaled Design systems

Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies

Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies

Mandatory (Leadership): Must have atleast 2 years of experience leading a team of designers

Mandatory (Note): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study

Preferred

Preferred (Education): Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)

Preferred (Skills 1): Experience in subscription-based or marketplace products, CRO, and international market localization

Looking for a mid level .NET developer with 3+ Years of Experience.

Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including.NET, ASP.Net Core MVC, C#, MS SQL Server. WPF, WCF C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, scripting languages including JQuery/JavaScript and HTML.

Working on ASP.Net Core2 MVC is added advantage.

Good to have knowledge with SQL Server 2012, indexing and queries and SSIS/SSRS.

Has Implemented Ajax Controls in C# . Net Projects

Complete understanding of MS SQL Database. Data modelling to visualize database structure.

Writing queries use for front‐end applications (websites, desktop applications, Mobile App or cloud apps).

Good understanding of Reviewing query performance and optimizing code.

Designing and coding database tables to store the application’s data.

Creating database triggers, stored procedures & functions.

Creating table indexes to improve database performance.

Has experience in writing unit tests & performing unit tests on own codes.

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Director, Implementation who is responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project processes while providing strategic direction to minimize time to first value for all customers.

- As the Director, Implementation, you will manage a growing team and develop processes and procedures for enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Take proactive ownership of regional implementation health.
- Create scalable processes and definitive scope around implementation services
- Implement systematic processes for tracking and reporting on the implementation status
- Maintain a highly skilled team of Implementation Managers and manage team allocation to maximize resources and output
- Direct the activities of the implementation team to meet client needs and create successful partnerships
- Lead team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer-focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with company standards
- Develops and manages all deliverables needed for effective implementation to include but not limited to: detailed project plan/timeline, action log, meeting notes, process/procedures and forms documentation, etc.
- Own execution of the roll-out within the allotted implementation timeframe

Qualifications :

- 15-18 years of experience working with global enterprise customers in software implementation or Project Management type role at a SaaS company
- 7-10 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role; People leadership of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree;
- Previous experience as a Manager, Implementation for enterprise software
- Proven track record of successful implementation with enterprise clients
- Highly developed project management skills
- Ability to influence and guide clients through complex implementations

- Superior presentation skills; experience with presenting to C-level Executives
