Strong Implementation Project Manager/Customer success manager with B2B SaaS exposure and major KRA as client onboarding
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer onboarding/ Implementation with at least recent 2+ years in B2B SaaS product companies
Mandatory (Experience 2) –Must have managed end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers including requirement gathering, implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, product configuration/setup, user onboarding and training, driving successful product adoption during the implementation phase, resolving implementation blockers, and ensuring a smooth and timely go-live
Mandatory (Experience 3) - Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful customer go-live.
Mandatory ( Experience 4) – Must be comfortable engaging and presenting to C-level executives, Directors, VP-level stakeholders, and enterprise decision-makers, with proven ability to build strategic long-term relationships
Mandatory (Tools) – Must be proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, Customer Success tools, reporting dashboards, and analytics platforms to monitor account health, customer usage, and engagement metric
