As a Sr. BDE, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through effective staff augmentation solutions. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in staff augmentation.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Responsible for the end to end student admission cycle.Handling of student enquiries effectively.

- Making follow up calls for due payments from the candidates.
- Timely updation and scheduling of upcoming batches to all the concerned team members, trainers and students.
- Achieving targets set by the Reporting Manager.
- Maintain a MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done enquiries
- Enhances admissions department and institute reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests for admissions.
- Any other work allotted by the Reporting Manager.

- Following the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue paying customers.
- Ensuring Call Disposition Comments are updated once the call is completed with all relevant details.
- Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
- Updating the details of follow-up in the system
- Meeting daily Talktime Targets and Calls to be done.
- Meeting Revenue Targets and ensuring Lead to Conversion Ratios are met.
- Appearing for periodic evaluations
- In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniors
- Interfacing with walk-in customers (if assigned the task), explaining to them features of Shaadi.com/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership
- Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities
What you should have
- 1-3 years of relevant experience Sales or Telesales.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Effective communication skills – verbal and written.
- Clear diction and clarity in speech.
- Languages required - Malayalam , Kannada , Urdu and Tamil
- Minimum Qualification HSC
