Due to our rapid growth, further areas are being expanded. Therefore we need you - as a Customer Chat Support to support our team in India.
With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice
Your mission
- Replying customer support tickets from our regional cities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assist customer with issues face to face and able to work in shift if required
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
Your profile
- 1-2 years of customer service & support experience
- Must have an Apple iPad to use our tools and software.(If you don’t have one contact us we will help.)
- Have a Team Player mentality as well as being able to work independently
- Have a very good command of spoken and written English and Hindi
- Proficient working with computers and software programs

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
