Assistant Sales Manager( International)

Location: Mumbai, BKC & USA Travel *

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Responsible for B2B marketing and sales of certified loose diamonds overseas.
This includes lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the USA and European markets.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client retention.
Market Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and market trends to tailor product offerings and strategies accordingly. Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market dynamics.
Travel Requirement: Travel approximately 6 months per year to the USA and European countries for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
Have to work in Night and evening shift.
You are required to travel 06 months in a year to US and European countries Skills:- Marketing, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation and Sales Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales within the diamond industry, preferably with certified loose diamonds.
Strong understanding of natural diamonds, including grading and certification processes. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the USA and European markets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment and demonstrate flexibility in working hours.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in computer skills including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet research tools. Compensation:
For Freshers & Experienced Candidates: CTC 50,000 to 1,00000 ( Depends on the interview ) INR per month fixed, with potential for higher based on interview performance.
