Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives for leading brands. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Candidates with prior BPO or customer interaction experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls (inbound and/or outbound) efficiently and professionally.
• Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Work in rotational shifts with weekly offs as per process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Work Schedule:

5 days a week in International Process

6 days a week in Domestic Process, with rotational or fixed shifts depending on the assignment; rotational week offs may apply.

• Cab Facility: Two-way cab available for candidates within a 25 km radius of the office (where applicable).

Salary Range:

• Freshers – ₹25,000–₹26,000 CTC (₹20,000–₹21,000 take-home).
• Experienced – ₹26,000–₹30,000 CTC (₹21,000–₹25,000 take-home).

As the Sr. Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing cutting edge health-tech applications that include high scale transaction processing, intelligent bot-based programs, and data analytics

What you will do:

• Building components for the companys advanced health-tech platform using Java, Solr, SpringBoot, DialogFlow
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and presenting ideas and solutions effectively

What you need to have:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Conducting tax planning and tax oversight for a special project.
2. Preparing income tax returns
3. Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
4. Implement accounting systems and processes.
5. Reconcile income statements.
6. Prepare monthly financial reports.
7. Control the master data of the general register.
8. Review and release online banking payments.
9. Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
10. Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
11. Manage the full financial process.
12. Prepare an expense budget report

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js

• Architect scalable web architectures

• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

• Design, develop and manage data on various open-source SQL databases
• End-to-end performance tuning of Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Aurora against very large data sets

• Candidate with a college degree and relevant work experience
• 7+ years of hands-on DBA experience with Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL and supporting tools
• Strong experience with Linux is required, including command-line editors, scripting (shell, Python, Perl, etc.)
• Experience in database performance tuning and strong SQL tuning skills
• Experience in database and cross-platform upgrades required Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and production support
• Must be familiar with RDBMS concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must have knowledge of network connectivity
• Extensive experience with Export/Import, Backup and Recovery
• Extensive experience with Database Replication Master/Slave, Master/Master (BDR)
• Extensive experience with MySQL (MariaDB, Percona) Galera cluster

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, or similar Ticket Management Software
