Strong Lead generation & Qualification Profile with B2B SaaS Experience

Mandatory (Experience 1): 6 months of experience in generating new leads and prospecting them for B2B SaaS products (can consider Internship experience as well)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience of lead generation using channels like email, cold calling, Linkedin etc

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience of prospecting/qualify leads by enriching data using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Tracxn, Clay, Sales Navigator etc

Mandatory (Core Skills): Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Lead squared etc

Salesforce Technical Lead the Technical Development Lead - CRM will play a technical leadership role. In this role, he/she is responsible for working with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution.

·      In addition to coding and development activities, this technical lead will play a crucial role in various aspects of the Salesforce.com integration and implementation including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

·       He/She will lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution.

·       As a development team lead, he/she is expected to allocate 50% of his/her time to Salesforce development and 50% to coordinating the Salesforce.com development team efforts.

·       He/she will guide and mentor developers and always communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks.

Responsibilities: -

·       Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations –

·       Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing lightning, Apex, Web Services, etc –

·       Ensure team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions –

·       Assist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives – maintenance,

·       Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infra-structure selection,    

     policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment –

·       Communicate development status on a regular basis to stakeholders, escalating any identified risks –

·       Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges –

·       Ensure the on-time delivery of solution or enhancements –

·       Define and execute CI/CD strategy - Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications - Manage a team of developers

 Profile Brief:  

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a data driven organisation to shape the business insights crucial to our clients as they return to the workplace. 

You will work closely with the Analytics product owner to build and develop a strong, motivated, cross functional analytics team, delivering high quality, creative solutions for clients.  

You have overall responsible for the analytics development team and delivery. Set the direction to ensure the team can meet the exciting and challenging demands, using different technologies. Own the delivery of the product roadmap and lead through a tight scrum process to deliver quality, timely solutions. 

Work closely with the product owner and client facing teams to ensure the client needs are well understood when developing and delivering innovative solutions.  

The lead role will have experience in leading development teams to deliver web solutions and will have a passion for data and analytics. They will understand how to manage big data and should ideally also have an understanding of industry leading analytics platforms, specifically Tableau. As such, should have experience in leading teams with cross disciplinary skills working on multiple platforms. 

They will be well versed in working across the organisation with senior technical leads to ensure the analytics service and solutions meets the organisational technology standards and delivers secure, compliant and accurate solutions for the client. 

Education 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience

• Rich experience of handling multi-national clients.

• Partner with Corporate IT Security Architects, the Development Head and CTO to ensure adherence to security practices and compliance for Infrastructure Engineering.
