About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our mobile app, focusing on data-driven design, user research, and interaction optimization.

Responsibilities:

• User Research and Behavioral Analytics
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Leverage UXCam and other analytics tools to track user interactions, session replays, heatmaps, and funnel analytics.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to guide design decisions.
• Information Architecture (IA) & User Flow Optimization
• Design clear and intuitive information architecture for mobile apps.
• Create sitemaps, user flows, and navigation structures that ensure a seamless user experience.
• Use UXCam data to refine user journeys based on behavioral patterns and drop-off points.
• Wireframing, Prototyping, and Interaction Design (IxD)
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and develop interactive prototypes to visualize and test user flows.
• Design intuitive and engaging interactions, micro-interactions, and animations that enhance usability.
• Validate design decisions using UXCam session replays and behavior analytics.
• Usability Testing & Data-Driven UX Iteration
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to identify potential usability issues.
• Analyze A/B test results and UXCam event data to iterate and improve app features.
• Advocate for data-driven UX improvements throughout the development process.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and UI designers to ensure a seamless design-development workflow.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale based on user research and UXCam analytics.
• Present design work and articulate data-backed design decisions to stakeholders.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity
• Ensure designs follow accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines) to make the app inclusive.
• Consider diverse user needs and contexts in all design decisions.

Qualifications:

• 3-4+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong focus on mobile app design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing data-driven user-centered mobile app design work.
• Expertise in UXCam or similar analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics) to drive UX improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, and mobile UI patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating innovative, user-friendly, and data-driven mobile experiences.
