Essential Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility would be overseeing complete Load balancing and Network Packet Broker Operation.
• Load Balancing Engineer with hands-on experience on F5 BIG-IP GTM and LTM devices as well as Citrix NetScaler.
• Hands on experience in migrating other load balancer vendors to F5 Load Balancer
• Must be an expert in F5 and Citrix Load Balancing platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should analyse, design, implement and maintain the networks F5 and Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer infrastructure.
• Should inspect data packets and TCP, IP flow in network and application flow.
• Should possess a working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewall concepts.
• Should be able to configure and maintain F5 and Citrix Load Balancers, load balancing best practices.
• Should also take the responsibility to upgrade network operating systems software and hardware as per the management requirements.
• Must ensure that the plans are integrated effectively with the other aspects of the technical infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Load balancing technology including algorithms and health check options.
• Knowledge and experience regarding F5 BIG-IP LTM VIP configuration with health check.
• Knowledge and experience with F5 BIG-IP GTM Wide IP configuration.
• F5 BIG-IP iRule programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Citrix NetScaler VIP configuration with Knowledge and experience with Citrix NetScaler Global Load Balancing (Gslb) configuration.

Roles & responsibilities

Strategic

• Devise HR strategies aligned to University’s vision and mission

• Establish HR roadmap aligned to HR strategies

• Play key role in facilitating the change across organization

• Advice and guide management on strategic alignment require with the growth of University.

• Establish framework which is sustainable, scalable in all areas of HR function

• Designing and executing all the HR policies and procedures of the University.

• Focus on employee capability building through - Conducting the training need analysis (initially nonteaching and later FDP’s for teaching staff).

Research Development

• Create activities around employee engagement and career progression

• Facilitate going forward leadership development, succession planning, High potential development program etc…

• Develop result oriented Performance Management System (Yearly appraisal and competency mapping at each level).

Financial and Budget

• Propose HR Budget and financial strategies focusing employee engagement

• Ensure the budget is used in the best possible way and is adding value as ROI

• Incorporate in the budget provisions leading to “Employer of Choice”

Collaborations

• Be employee advocate & champion within all the institutions under the umbrella of University

• Represent University on professional bodies of repute helpful in further branding university

Operational

• Create activities around employee engagement and career progression

• Conducting HR Audit of all HR processes periodically.

• Create HR dashboard showcasing HR performance to management on monthly basis

• Develop the training calendar and execute the training programs as per the TNA.

• Develop the employee welfare schemes.

• Design employee engagement activities.

• Design HR manual and employee handbook.

• Develop through induction and ensure each new joinee is gone through the induction process.

• Develop result oriented Performance Management System (Yearly appraisal and competency mapping at each level).

• Develop various incentive schemes for the employees.

• Participate and take responsibility during social initiative programs

• Compensation & Benefit Management

• Statutory & Regulatory Compliances Management

External Representation

Requirements

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• MBA from ISB/institute of repute

• 15 to 20 years of experience in Human Resource, preferable from education sector (Female candidates preferred)

Substantial leadership and management experience

• The personal characteristics to have a substantial experience and a successful record of senior leadership at corporate level in a large and complex organisation.

• Evidence of developing, communicating and executing a vision and strategy in a complex organisation, Proven Transformation Leadership in a sizeable organisation

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Should have worked with Product based company for a minimum 2+ yrs 
• Strong background in Microsoft Technologies and SDLC concepts. Should have experience in below technologies:
• Microsoft .Net (ASP.NET & ASP .NET CORE)
• C#, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery /, Typescript
• Knowledge on Node Js
• MVC and WebAPI
• MS SQL Server management Studio (SSMS) to develop database objects such as Stored Procedures, Functions, views, triggers, constraints etc. and look for performance tuning and Exception handling for these components
• Good to have: Understanding of MS Excel VBA /MS-access/ macro codes

What we are scouting for

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience in IT
• 2+ years’ experience designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• A strong hands-on programming knowledge in Core Java including Java 8. To solve the problem given in optimized way.
• Strong knowledge on the Data structure and algorithm.
• Experience developing and designing API integrations using SOAP/RESTful
• Should be able to understand the time complexity of the existing algorithm. Able to compare different algorithms available.
