Role Description:

The Sr. Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by developing relationships with new clients and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing ones. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of digital marketing and sales processes. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, adept at negotiating deals, and skilled at closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing or influencer marketing sectors.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and industry-specific challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying information at all levels of the organisation.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software, data analysis tools, and MS Office or equivalent applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Outreach and Lead Generation:

• Utilise a variety of techniques including personalised emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other direct marketing methods to engage C-level executives, Marketing Heads, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand the client base through effective lead generation and nurturing.

1. Client Relationship Management and Sales Conversion:

• Cultivate lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly.
• Drive the sales process from plan to close, engaging necessary team members from other departments as required.

1. Presentation and Communication:

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet specific client needs and requirements.
• Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills in interactions and presentations to potential clients.

1. Sales Pipeline Management:

• Effectively manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of sales opportunities.
• Regularly track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and achievement of sales targets.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the digital marketing and broader business environment.
• Apply insights gained from market analysis to optimise strategies and approaches, adapting to changes in the market and industry to maintain a competitive edge.

• Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to achieve business goals.
• Mentor and assist in training less experienced team members to help them achieve their potential and the business objectives.

•  Take care of all aspects of the product: from implementation, through testing, to operations.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming
• Mandate experience working as a Python Developer with Django.
• Should have good experience in Flask, numpy and pandas
• Should have good experience in REST API development with Django.
• Have In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming ( OOPs ) concepts.
• Are Able to create Database Schemes that represent and support business processes.
• Should have good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Git, Jenkins etc.
• Must have experience working on MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery.
• Must have experience with Web Servers e.g. Nginx, Apache.
• Good to have AI/ML/Data science certification.
• Must be a fast learner and comfortable teaching yourself new skills and can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

• Product and Application Development in C.
• Develop and debug Applications and Firmware in/for Embedded Linux Environment
• Design and development of real-time, multi-processor / multi-controller systems.
• Module-level design with proper software design practices

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of C development AND Linux experience
• Linux user space and kernel space programming experience
• Linux system programming
• Work experience with 8 / 32-bit microcontroller programming
• Experience with CAN, MODBUS, and high power systems software development.
• Source revision control (git, svn)
• Degree in Computer Science from a reputed institution
• Linux command line and development tools (e.g. shell script, Make, CMake, GDB, and GNU development tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to a full product development cycle.
• Programming experience in an object-oriented language (C++)
• Programming experience in a high-level language (e.g. Python)
• Knowledge of common Linux system calls, kernel interfaces, Linux device drivers, and configuration.
• Exposure to multi-processor product architecture.
• Experience in open source components and libraries (e.g. libxml, glib, qt, dbus, OpenSSL, curl, etc)
• Experience with Level2 AC EV chargers and/or DC fast chargers.
• Experience OR Knowledge with standards ISO 15118-2

Roles and Responsibilities

• Talented software developers to deliver high-quality web-based business applications
• Get a solid understanding of both the functional and technical specifications of the module \ task of the current assignment and have full consent before starting the development.
• Follow proper coding standards, application architecture guidelines and procedural guidelines as explained by the respective team lead.
• Maintain the time sheet on a daily basis clearly filling the actual effort against the estimated effort. And any unplanned activities, scope creeps, unaccomplished tasks or additional guidance requirements should be immediate brought to the notice of Team Lead/Project manager/ VP.
• Will be responsible for doing a thorough unit testing before and after their respective code components is being integrated into peer codes or main application.
• Post integration release they would be responsible for resolving the TFS issues being assigned to them.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in .Net technologies
• Build new Web-based systems with C# .NET, ASP.NET
• Experience in Angular 2+, JQuery, Entity Framework are preferred
• Good experience in OOPS concepts, MVC Frame work, Web API, WCF / Remoting
• Strong experience in designing and working with scalable architectures
• The ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
• Having Experience in build, publish and deploying applications using various tools
• Should have experience of all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle or Agile
• Excellent problem solver, able to assimilate formation quickly
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
