Review Criteria

• Strong Data / ETL Test Engineer
• 5+ years of overall experience in Testing/QA
• 3+ years of hands-on end-to-end data testing/ETL testing experience, covering data extraction, transformation, loading validation, reconciliation, working across BI / Analytics / Data Warehouse / e-Governance platforms
• Must have strong understanding and hands-on exposure to Data Warehouse concepts and processes, including fact & dimension tables, data models, data flows, aggregations, and historical data handling.
• Must have experience in Data Migration Testing, including validation of completeness, correctness, reconciliation, and post-migration verification from legacy platforms to upgraded/cloud-based data platforms.
• Must have independently handled test strategy, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and regression cycles for ETL and BI testing
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and SQL-based data validation is mandatory (Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to Redshift and/or Qlik will be considered sufficient)
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree B.E./B.Tech else should have master's in M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and QA leadership
• Mandatory Location: Candidate must be based within Delhi NCR (100 km radius)

Preferred

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Data Analytics / BI certifications (Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, etc.)

Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed and accurate mechanical drawings based on project requirements.

2. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design specifications and translate them into technical drawings.

3. Ensure compliance with relevant design codes and standards in the creation of mechanical drawings.

4. Utilize various software tools for drafting and design, demonstrating proficiency in industry-standard software.

5. Prepare and maintain documentation related to mechanical designs, revisions, and updates.

6. Participate in design review meetings to address any issues and incorporate feedback into drawings.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and technological advancements to enhance drafting capabilities.

The Incumbent will:  Be the key person accountable for Project Delivery- managing end to end delivery of high quality projects, meeting all required functionality, within allocated schedule and budget.  Managing the team assigned to deliver projects and achieve assigned project goals.  Be responsible to ensure continued customer delight.

 Own the entire delivery of assigned projects.  Responsible for managing multiple projects involving 15-20-member team consisting of middle layer (PL/GL/TL) and the teams under them.  Responsible for the end to end delivery; ensuring that Project Delivery Metrics are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project requirements and implementation throughout different phases.  Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads; review contracts, carry out risk analysis and mitigation exercises and update the Management on the same.  Project managers should have strong business management, budgeting and analytical skills.  Review and ensure the preparation of the following: ▪ System Architecture ▪ External Specifications & Internal Specifications ▪ Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Project plan ▪ Technical Documentation ▪ Weekly status updates to all stakeholders  Ensure process and system compliances in the projects.  Exhibit excellent escalation management skills, internal or external.  Manage FPP (Fixed Price Project) & T&M (Time & Material) projects on diverse functional domains  Coordinate, communicate with the client on project related matters.  Coach/ mentor the members in the project and provide necessary support to them.  Performance appraisal/ counselling of the group members.  Evaluate training needs (technical, managerial) and get the required training programs implemented.  Ensure project compliance with Company's Quality Systems and Procedures.

 The incumbent must be B.E/B. Tech. -CS/ IT/ MCA, M.Tech from a reputed institute, with 10-12 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.  Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP’s, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W  Good experience on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/SQL, planning, budgeting & QA  PMP or PMI certification is desirable. Domain knowledge of BFSI practices is an advantage.  Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.  Advanced knowledge of system integration issues and Data Analysis  Understanding the company’s vision and goals, business operations and market.  Is adept in stakeholder management and possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with the assistance of other managers to ensure customer delight.  Possess good people management skills and is able to manage performance and disciplinary issues, handle employee complaints and grievances and recommend the hiring, termination and promotion of staff; Should be able to train, mentor, motivate and lead a successful team. Requirements:

 You have designed, refactored, re-architected, deprecated and/or implemented a webapp from start to finish.

 CSS and its pre-processors like SASS/LESS.

 Excellent command over web fundamentals

 Good understanding and experience in building a React app.

 Exceptional coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/ES6
