About The Role

· Provide support on Campaign Measurement, Brand Lift studies, Reporting and other data needs (ingestion, cleaning, delivery etc.)

· Code in SQL, Python to create reports and build dashboards.

· Use Bigquery, Python, Datalab (GCP) and automate recurring workloads to improve efficiency

· Maintain underlying data infrastructure and troubleshoot data issues

· Generate meaningful insights from data using advanced analytics/statistical techniques and create dashboards and presentations for wider teams.

· Liaise closely with clients (internally and externally) on projects and work with key stakeholders to assess project needs and ensure best-in-class work is being delivered.

A bit about yourself

· 0-2 years of experience required

· Adherence to quality & ability to plan & prioritize the work

· Passionate about data analysis, ability to troubleshoot data anomalies, pulling data from several sources, integrating it to create data layers

· Experience in applying big data, statistics, analytical techniques and technology to solve client problems will be plus

· Experience in creating dashboards, reports, presentations and finding insights, and strong business acumen to provide actionable strategic recommendations will be plus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior designer to join our marketing team. S/he will be responsible for both online and offline design collateral, and position TraceX as a cutting edge technology brand. As a senior designer, your major goal would be to own the user experience across TraceXs' digital presence, while also understanding the creative briefs given by various teams to bring them to life

Responsibilities:

• Own TraceX’s design and style guide, color palette and typography guidelines
• Collaborating both within the team and cross-functionally across the organization for a broad variety of marketing initiatives
• Understanding which creatives worked the best for campaigns so that these successes can be replicated in future initiatives
• Ensuring UI/UX consistency across the landing pages and website pages while making them responsive and also building reusable components
• Work with the performance marketing team to develop testing and optimisation plans to further improve designs
• Setting up new processes to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of collaterals from the creative team
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organisation and that advance our brand and proposition strategy
• Help your team create and conceptualize Ad creatives considering campaign goals for social media and campaigns across different channels like - Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Conceptualize & create all (online+offline) marketing collaterals like company presentations, product portfolios, case studies, whitepapers, standees, backdrop banners, booklets, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-4 years of graphic design experience and well versed with tools like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator. Using tools like Sketch, Figma and Invision for landing page wireframes and prototyping.
• Creative with an attention to detail. Needs to understand the context of where the designs will be used. Needs to have a deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, illustration and colors.
• A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matters at each stage of the sales cycle (Discovery, Awareness, Consideration, Purchase).
• Committed to deadlines and must be able to handle performance under pressure
• Must have a good knowledge of available technology, user interactions, current industry trends, and design best practices.

Skills & Experience

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or relevant technical field.

Experience in software development and full product life-cycle.

Excellent programming skills in any object-oriented programming languages - preferably Java, C/C++/C#, Perl, Python, or Ruby.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

• Experience as a full stack developer or similar role.

You will help us design and develop solutions aimed at providing a means to manage and deploy the configuration specifics of aircraft, based on airlines, aircraft deployed technology, fleet and installation requirements.
