About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager to lead channel marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. The role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with the sales calendar, enabling the sales team with effective marketing collateral, and ensuring consistent communication with channel partners.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership teams to build impactful marketing programs that improve partner participation, generate demand, and strengthen product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives focused on engaging channel partners.
• Manage partner communication through WhatsApp, email campaigns, push notifications, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Build and maintain a consistent communication calendar to improve partner awareness and engagement.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the sales and product calendar.
• Drive product launch campaigns, incentive and payout campaigns, seasonal promotions, and business initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on engagement metrics and business outcomes.

Sales Enablement

• Create and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including:
• Product brochures
• Sales presentations and pitch decks
• One-pagers
• Banners and promotional creatives
• Product FAQs
• Campaign communication materials
• Ensure the sales team has access to updated marketing assets that support customer acquisition and partner engagement.

Regional Marketing Support

• Partner with regional sales teams to execute localized marketing initiatives.
• Support field marketing activities, partner events, webinars, roadshows, and activation campaigns.
• Customize campaigns and collateral based on regional business requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Gather feedback from sales teams and channel partners to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track campaign performance using predefined KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign engagement, partner participation, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign analytics and business feedback.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

Marketing Executive

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, FinTech, Financial Services, or Channel Marketing.

Marketing Manager

• 5–8 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, partner engagement, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Experience managing email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and digital communication channels.

• Support and maintain production Cognos web portal to manage the OLAP cube and folders.
• Used various transformations like expression, union, source qualifier, aggregator, router, store procedure, lookup transformations.
• Work on transformations such as source qualifier, joiner, lookup, rank, expression, aggregator and sequence generator etc.
• Work with relational databases like DB2.
• Develop mappings with XML as target and formatting the target data according to the requirement.
• Work with logical, physical, conceptual, star, snow flake schema data models.
• Extract data from flat files, DB2 and to load the data into the SalesForce database.
• Work with various data sources--relational, flat file (fix width, delimitate) and XML.
• Involve in all phases of SDLC from requirements gathering, architecture design, development, testing, and data migration.
• Involve in all phases of SDLC - requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation and post-production support.
• Involve in writing PERL scripts for file transfers, file renaming and few other database scripts to be execute from UNIX.
• Create functional and technical mapping specifications and documentation for QA team.
• Support implementation and execution of MAPREDUCE programs in a cluster environment.
• Maintain data integrity during extraction, manipulation, processing, analysis and storage.
• Migrate repository objects, services and scripts from development environment to production environment.

• Proven work experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Knowledge about API/Service Testing would be important
