Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-centric features on web platforms to enhance overall experience and usability.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver cohesive and scalable products.
• Solve diverse technical and integration challenges by building efficient solutions that connect with automation systems.
• Apply best practices to create reusable, testable, and maintainable components and frameworks.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive and adaptive design across multiple devices and browsers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern front-end development frameworks and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building interactive, high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency with:
• React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Build tools like Vite, CSS preprocessors such as Less/Sass
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating front-end solutions with REST APIs or automation systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• 4+ years of development experience and at least 1 year of smart contract developer experience in solidity
• Solid experience in delivering resilient and secure code in Solidity
• Knowledge and experience of the test-driven development
• Very good understanding of the Blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum
• Familiar with the common Smart Contract vulnerabilities
• Solid understanding about Ethereum infrastructure, e.g. like Gnosis, TheGraph

To be successful in this role, one must have min. 3 - 7 years of experience in a start-up/product-based software development firm who started his career as a technical recruiter and gradually grew to the stage of handling teams & stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The role is someone needs to contribute 50% IC & 50% team handling.
• Succession Planning & workforce forecast.
• Must ensure the sufficient workforce is available based on business needs at all times.
• Should execute the overall end-end recruitment process with the hiring Manager's & the stakeholder's, must ensure the task is successfully completed either as a Team or IC on a need basis.

• Should be more organized as a team and ready to roll off your sleeves as needed to execute things in different verticals of HR department.

• Min. 3 - 7 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Must have worked in a product based / start-up only are eligible.
• Should have experience in handling Stakeholders & must have exposure in working with Management.
• Should have experience in hiring Tech stacks like Java, Angular, Devops, testing, ABAP and non-tech like PM, BA, Consultants, support, sales etc from Junior to Senior level.
• Expertise in Boolean & X-ray search.
• talented in Headhunting & harvesting.
• Should have handled a team of at least 3 people.
• The right fit is someone who can source quality & qualified sources rather more than quantity.

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design components by translating product requirements, break down projects into tasks, and provide accurate estimates. Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace
• Work on native Android as well as Angular tech stack while keeping performance goals in mind
• Independently come up with different solutions, extensible Low-level design. Write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code
• Strong unit test and debugging skills 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (git) 
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, influence, and communication skills 
• Build, develop, mentor, and coach junior team members 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must have Working Experience in a product-based organization for at least 18 months.
• At least 2+ years experience and hands-on with mobile technologies
• At least one product build and publish 
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality 
• Work with distributed development teams 
• Ability to resolve problems with support and must understand the mobile ecosystem and its limitations.
• Understand Android Architecture components, strong fundamentals in Android technologies, and aware of new Android changes

SKILLS  REQUIRED 

• Experience with kotlin is a must
• Knowledge of mvvm architecture/ android architecture components
• Knowledge of Rxjava and coroutines for multithreading
• Knowledge of retrofit/okhttp for making HTTP calls
• Knowledge of dependency injection using dagger2
• Knowledge of android framework components like services, fragments, intent services
• Knowledge of sql required 
• Experience in offline data management
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
