Work Description:
• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications
and Creative
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing
efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Candidature requirements:
• Work experience as Head of Marketing
• Scaling experience from 0-1 in a similar startup preferred
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Analytical mind
2. Own ROI-driven pipeline coverage by scaling inbound channels and nurturing deals to grow revenues

What you will do:
- Executing digital marketing strategies across channels including email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Driving achievement of growth objectives like app installs, display, search, affiliates among others
- Improving the design, UX, traffic and content of the website
- Designing, building and maintaining organization’s social media presence
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Creating paid campaigns on social media platforms
- Identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance of campaigns based on the insight
- Growing the lead volume at a sustainable cost
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing user experience

What you need to have:
- MBA/ PGDM from Tier-1/2 B-School and/ or B. Tech. from a Tier I college
- Analytical skills: Keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, analyzing raw data, and transforming it into actionable marketing strategies

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done

- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and passion for technology
- Ability to optimize CPC and CPL in an effective manner

MINIMUM 3 - 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT PRODUCT LIKE STEEL TUBES AND PIPES MARKETING.
CAN WORK FROM ANY PART OF KARNATAKA
Role and responsibilities:
- B2B marketing.
- Contacting and approaching corporate clients i.e. HR Managers, administrations, marketing heads etc., of well-known companies in Bangalore. (Resources and data base will be provided, leads will be given daily basis), No cold calling, Not Call centre job.
- Fixing meetings with them, briefing them about our services & products over the meeting and cracking the deal.
- Following up the order placed by them and closing the deal.
- No targets, no deadlines.
- Your team will have 2-3 interns who will be working below you. You have to delegate work to them.

Reporting to: -Managing Director only.
Timings: -
Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 7:30pm.
Saturday: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Salary:15-30k PM +incentives (Travel and other expenses incurred by the marketing Executive are reimbursed)
