The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media.

Responsibilities

• Handle social media under social media manager's supervision.

• Work on Digital marketing strategy planning.

• Writing blogs, articles and plagiarism free content.

• Competitor analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in major digital and print platforms

• Write content for website funnels, web pages, blogs & marketing

• Create website content that is accurate, attention-grabbing, well-researched, and meets the needs of international clients

• Edit, proofread work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs

• Collaborate with creative, product, marketing teams to assess project needs and help with messaging

• Speak with internal, external stakeholders to learn about their content needs, develop and implement brand guidelines

• Work closely with the accounts, design teams to brainstorm ideas & create concepts, develop messaging

• Assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create accurate content and maximize growth

• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

We are looking for an enthusiastic content writer who is passionate to create compelling blog posts, summaries, creating quizzes, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

Requirements

• Candidates who are currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor's or Master's with a high passion for Creative or Academic Content Writing, Creation, Curation.
• Must have a zeal to research, learn and grow
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform under pressure

Responsibilities

• You will be researching on ideas and facts suitable to the assigned content/topic
• You will create blog posts, summaries, quizzes etc
• Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the same for further use
• Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories and social media to entice and engage audience
• Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions
• Ensure that web page content is edited properly to increase on-screen readability
• Think up of creative and catchy titles for each piece of content keeping appropriateness in check
• Curation of content (blogs & videos) around a given list of topics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in content writing
• Experience working in an ecommerce setup preferred    

• Developing content for blogs, articles, app descriptions, social media, and the company website.
• Write in “American English” as the audience is a US consumer audience
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the current content.
• Build and manage our social media profiles and presence across channels you deem relevant
• Curate and create interesting, relevant, and trending content people look forward to every day
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
• Ideate and execute world-class social promotions and campaigns and track their success
• Work alongside other marketers to create content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
