Role: HR Intern

Location: Remote (Full time only)

What You'll Do

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & scheduling)

Support HR operations and onboarding activities

Maintain candidate databases and track hiring pipelines

Assist with employee engagement activities and HR documentation

Work closely with HR team on various initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Understanding of basic HR functions & recruitment lifecycle

Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Energetic, self-driven & eager to learn

Must-Have:

- 5+ years React/Next.js experience

- 2+ years TypeScript

- AI API integration experience

- Supabase or similar BaaS platform

- PostgreSQL proficiency

Red Flags:

- No TypeScript experience

- Only frontend or only backend experience

- No AI/LLM integration background

- Unfamiliar with modern React patterns (Server Components, App Router)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SQA activities in line with project timelines and performance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders including software project managers, developers, testers, and process leads
• Conduct thorough reviews of software work products developed in-house and by external suppliers
• Support ECU owners in supplier joint reviews, ensuring quality deliverables
• Monitor, measure, and analyze software quality metrics and track deliverables
• Identify software gaps, defects, and potential risks, prioritizing based on impact
• Drive corrective actions to closure, manage deviations, and ensure quality standards
• Generate detailed quality reports to provide insights on software progress

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist in rolling out the Polestar Embedded Software Development Process
• Perform process reviews and internal audits
• Promote continuous improvement within the embedded software development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development projects within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and process models such as:
• Automotive SPICE
• ISO 26262
• ISO 21434
• IATF 16949
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams

● Code highly scalable software components based on the latest version of React, Redux, RxJs, CSS, HTML

1. You are interested to work in Web3 & Crypto.
2. You can work on general management operations for the company.
3. You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
4. You have preferably worked with a hardware startup before.
5. You have good negotiation skills and can handle procurement and inventory through Alibaba and other international sourcing.
6. You can handle international logistics and procurement of electronic components.
7. You can handle inventory of the hardware product.
8. You strive towards operational peak efficiency.
9. You can handle the accounting and finances of the company.
10. If need be, you can help us with the QA of the product.
11. You can commit for at least 6 months.

• Degree : B.E. or M.S. EE/CS/CE
• Methodologies: SV, UVM & OVM
• Areas of Work: Digital Verification (both IP / SOC)
• Protocol : Knowledge of PCIe/DDR/Ethernet/USB is Plus
• Familiar with Bus protocols like AXI, AHB, SPI and I2C
