PowerBI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend components and sub-systems for large-scale platforms under guidance from senior engineers.
• Contribute to building and evolving the next-generation customer data platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Explore and experiment with modern technologies—especially open-source frameworks—
• and build small prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and learning while adhering to engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience (or strong academic/project background) in backend development with Java.
• Good fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and basic performance optimizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT (B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.S) from premier institutes.

Technical Skill Set:

• Strong aptitude and analytical skills with emphasis on problem solving and clean coding.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and writing testable code is a plus.
• Basic understanding of distributed systems, messaging, or streaming platforms is a bonus.

AI-Assisted Engineering (LLM-Era Skills):

• Familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Opencode, or similar.
• Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and learning new systems responsibly.
• Willingness to learn how to combine human judgment with AI assistance for high-quality engineering outcomes.

Soft Skills & Nice to Have

• Appreciation for technology and its ability to create real business value, especially in data and marketing platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
• Prior internship or startup experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities:

Experience as a mobile App developer with Flutter coding experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/related fields or equivalent industry experience.

4+ years of software development experience in building and shipping production software or services with code in languages such as Nodejs or C#.

Adopt industry best practices in all your projects - TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, linting.

3 years of experience Build abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a larger scope.

Extensive programming experience in anyone programming language like Nodejs or C#. Strong object-oriented programming skills.

Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming Ability to work with complex business flows and dealing with huge amounts of data.

Deep understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and high-speed design considerations

Must have successfully completed at least two hardware product development cycles from high-level design to final deployment

Ability to independently handle schematic design, design analysis (DC drop, SI), and cross-team design reviews

Experience in sourcing & procurement of electronic components, PCBs, and mechanical parts for embedded/IoT/industrial hardware

Strong experience in board bring-up, debugging, issue investigation, and cross-functional triage with firmware/software teams

Proficiency in Cadence Allegro or Altium EDA tools (mandatory)

Experience coordinating with layout, mechanical, SI, EMC, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

Strong understanding of manufacturing services, production pricing models, supply chain, and logistics for electronics/electromechanical components
