This role will drive operations on focused contractual agreements while working with a team of highly motivated, technical individuals who work in a collegial, collaborative work environment. Your key role is leading and coordinating a multisite VMWare operation ensuring systems and resources remain operational. In addition, you would contribute to the analysis and formulation of strategic performance direction across all areas of responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the full system engineering life-cycle of VMware infrastructure: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing and implementation
• Manage and maintain multiple vCenter, vSphere, ESXi systems to include VSAN clusters
• Ensure security patching and system hardening are maintained to meet integrity and availability requirements
• Maintain system resource optimization based on analysis of hosted systems
• Draft and review information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Complete risk and vulnerability assessment at the network, system, and application level.
• Complete regular situational awareness reports and daily monitoring

 

Desired Certifications / Training:

What you will do:

We are looking for a SQL Developer who needs to understand the requirement and design the database that can deliver highest possible performance for the application. He should be ensuring the safety & security of DB by taking all necessary precautions & monitoring the application for any suspicious activities. Will be responsible for code deployment, backups, instance maintenance & performance tuning. Responsible for day-to-day DB support & operations for a large and complex application environment. This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

 

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
