The Role - Account manager
As the account manager, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with and upselling to some of the best known Indian and eventually global brands.
*Your core areas of ownership would be - *
- Nurturing the qualified leads: Once the opportunities are qualified, you will help the Chief sales officer to guide the leads through our sales process, which will involve a mix of in person, video call and telephone activities.
- Collaboration with client SPOCs: Create close working relationships with clients on the ground and engage with the SPOC on a frequent basis
- Project manage the delivery
- Keep the NPS high
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in end-user experience and think of ways to resolve them
You have:
- Proven ability to engage with service side client professionals (department heads as well as CXOs)
- Experience of managing large scale account activities with large enterprises with multiple stakeholders as well as promoter-driven organisations
- Masterful communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to forge and build relationships at a senior level - crossing multiple sectors and geographies.
- Public speaking experience: Commanding an audience of 1 or 50, both in person and over video conference

Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility as a senior backend engineer will be to architect and develop a scalable and robust micro-services backend with strong Java, Spring(Boot), MySQL, AWS/GCP.
- Experience being part of a software development team in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment
- Be a key performer in a high-performance product engineering team
Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of overall IT experience. Most of this experience in Java (Core Java, J2EE, Springboot, Java collections, Java Multithreading)
- Should have experience designing database schemas - SQL and NoSQL.
- Exposure to frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Play would be a plus
- Experience with microservices architecture would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of any public cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Broad understanding and experience of real-time analytics, NoSQL data stores, data modeling and data management, analytical tools, languages, or libraries
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing app using Flutter for both Android & iOS platforms.
- Writing quality code independently that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
- Evaluating and implementing out-of-the-box ideas for application development.
- Working with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple applications.
- Detecting and troubleshooting application issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in native mobile development (Android / iOS).
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Flutter.Should have worked and successfully deployed apps using Flutter framework.
- Good knowledge of Flutter SDK & Dart programming language.
- Should have worked on mobile platforms like Android or iOS.
- Should have developed & worked with Flutter widgets for iOS & AndroidExperience with any of the state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, Mobx, etc.
- Mobile app architecture design and optimization.Extreme attention to detail and the ability to match the design as closely as possible.
- Ability to work closely with Product Managers, other development team members.
- Understanding of Functional Reactive Programming is a must.
- Comfortable with Test-Driven Development.
