Tatsam is a stealth mode, venture-backed mental healthcare company based in India. We're redesigning mental health and wellness experiences for the modern day working professional, have raised angel round from top-tier investors, and signed some of the largest Indian enterprises and startups for the upcoming private beta launch… and we’re just getting started.

The startup is led by a team of CXOs who are serial entrepreneurs (YC alumni, IIT alumni, CXO in large enterprises). They are supported by a team of behavioral design experts, clinicians and counsellors with vast experience, and technologists on a mission to improve mental health and wellbeing for the modern day working professional.

The Role - Account manager
As the account manager, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with and upselling to some of the best known Indian and eventually global brands.

*Your core areas of ownership would be - *

• Nurturing the qualified leads: Once the opportunities are qualified, you will help the Chief sales officer to guide the leads through our sales process, which will involve a mix of in person, video call and telephone activities.
• Collaboration with client SPOCs: Create close working relationships with clients on the ground and engage with the SPOC on a frequent basis
• Project manage the delivery
• Keep the NPS high
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in end-user experience and think of ways to resolve them

You have:

• Proven ability to engage with service side client professionals (department heads as well as CXOs)
• Experience of managing large scale account activities with large enterprises with multiple stakeholders as well as promoter-driven organisations
• Masterful communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to forge and build relationships at a senior level - crossing multiple sectors and geographies.
• Public speaking experience: Commanding an audience of 1 or 50, both in person and over video conference

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing app using Flutter for both Android & iOS platforms.
• Writing quality code independently that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
• Evaluating and implementing out-of-the-box ideas for application development.
• Working with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple applications.
• Detecting and troubleshooting application issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in native mobile development (Android / iOS).
• Must have 1+ years of experience in Flutter.Should have worked and successfully deployed apps using Flutter framework.
• Good knowledge of Flutter SDK & Dart programming language.
• Should have worked on mobile platforms like Android or iOS.
• Should have developed & worked with Flutter widgets for iOS & AndroidExperience with any of the state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, Mobx, etc.
• Mobile app architecture design and optimization.Extreme attention to detail and the ability to match the design as closely as possible.
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers, other development team members.
• Understanding of Functional Reactive Programming is a must.
• Comfortable with Test-Driven Development.
