Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitableproducts or solutions.
