Knowledge & Experience:

• 4-7 years of Industry experience in IT or consulting organizations
• 3+ years of experience defining and delivering Salesforce.com enterprise applications in lead developer role
• Must have hands on Salesforce Lightning and UI development experience 
• Excellent overall understanding of the Salesforce core product suite combined with deep understanding of CRM business processes in sales, marketing & customer service.
• Hands on development knowledge of relevant Salesforce architecture concepts, data & security structures, enterprise integration, as well as configuration and customization options (including Apex, Lightning, Custom UI, JS, Integration, API etc.)
• Web development experience including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery
• Knowledge of Oracle DB SQL 
• Development experience with Integration tools. Informatica Cloud/PowerCenter is a plus 

Note: 

• Preferred from medical industry
• Onsite available post completion of 18 Months.

• Managing the Salesforce team of consultants on a project.
• Advising clients in implementation of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud etc...).
• Developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively shape Cloud solutions.
• Conducting & facilitating requirements and design sessions.
• Designing overall Salesforce architecture concept and SaaS ecosystem (e.g. CPQ solutions, Order Management solution, etc)
• Building of integration solutions between the CRM platform and other clients systems architecture.
• Driving project from Design through deployment phase.
• Effectively contributing to Proposals.

Technical Skills Required:

 

Strong in Salesforce Customisation (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Components etc...) and Configuration (Process Builder, Visual flow, OWD, Security Settings and other common Admin tasks).
Has extensive implementation experience in at-least 3 of the cloud offerings - Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud.
Has worked on proposals.
Should have done deployment using at-least 2 approaches - ANT, Eclipse, Change sets.
Should have lead at-least 3 E2E Salesforce implementations (Design through Deploy).
Should have experience in building Web Services, both SOAP and ReST.

 

Looking for : - Salesforce Developer will work independently and in a team environment to build CRM solutions which integrate with various other systems. - This Person will build Visual-force, APEX, and Lightning Components. And should have experience working with Salesforce Data. Key Accountabilities : - Building new (and maintaining existing) APEX, Visual force, and Lightning solutions. - Participate in various sprint meetings, assist in the creation and upkeep of user stories. - Communicate with stakeholders and users about changes or requirements. - Provide testing and support functions as needed Knowledge and Qualifications : - Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds - Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Visual force, and Lightning development. - Knowledge of the Salesforce data structure, and the ability to use various tools for data migrations. - Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Salesforce Developer certifications are a plus.
