Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for various IT roles across the organization. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for roles such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, IT Support, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, project needs, and technical skills.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening calls to evaluate technical and soft skills.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
• Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with market trends and IT hiring best practices in India.

Responsibilities:

• Define the code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews.
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
• Ensure application designs conform with business goals.

Eligibility:

• 3+ yrs of experience developing web applications using J2EE / Java.
• Possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices-related technologies, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Rest API, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices.

• Responsible for developing features and creating content that drives organic growth to our web and other digital properties
• Increase user retention rate across our products by understanding our audience and developing new features to maximize user engagement
• Monitor, react to and grow important audience KPIs such as daily user retention, time on site, RPC, and organic traffic

 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or similar experience

- 5+ years' experience in automation testing development

- Experience in architecting, implementing solutions/frameworks for front end

- Hands on experience with implementing Continuous Integration and build automation systems such as Jenkins/ Bamboo/ Octopus etc.

- Experience with Source Code Management Tools (e.g., Git, TFS, RTC)

- Experience using test management tools

- Extensive experience with UI Automation tools, preferably Selenium Web driver and Appium with Java

- Proficiency with one or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: Java, Python, .NET/Java frameworks

Position – Lead - TA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
• Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
• Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
• Develop multi-hire sourcing approaches and work in partnership with colleagues across the network to tap into overseas sourcing channels
