Position: Area Sales Executive/Manager (Designation will be based on the candidate’s last held position. If the candidate’s previous role was Senior or Manager level, they will be offered the Manager designation; otherwise, the Executive designation will be offered.)

Compensation Details:

• Fixed Monthly CTC up to ₹50K (Only PT and other mandatory deductions as per government norms) + Attractive Monthly Incentives & TA.

Open Locations & Coverage Areas:

• Mumbai: Candidate must be open to covering the entire Maharashtra region as needed. The selected candidates will report to the NSM.

• Lucknow: Candidate must be open to covering the entire UP region as needed. The selected candidates will report to the RSM.

Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling medical devices in the assigned region. This is a full-time position with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth for microscopes within the assigned region.

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors.

• Approach and promote our products to both government and private sector institutions.

• Arrange and attend appointments with doctors, either through pre-scheduled meetings or regular outreach.

• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for volume growth and productivity.

• Implement sales and marketing strategies as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM).

• Ensure daily reporting and provide feedback on customer interactions. • Manage area sales, collect outstanding payments, address customer complaints, and conduct visits to hospitals and doctors.

• Analyze regional market potential, track sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Engage with customers daily, weekly, or monthly as required.

• Learn product functionalities and effectively troubleshoot issues.

• Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.

• Complete task assigned by the reporting manager

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products.

• Strong sales acumen with high energy levels.

• Must have knowledge of at least two PHP frameworks out of Laravel, Cakephp, CodeIgniter and YII.
• Must have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge of CMS architectures like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc. will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart etc will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts & a strong passion for Software Development.
• Strong Interaction and Design Sense
• Familiarity with LAMP stack (Apache, MySQL and phpMyAdmin)
• Comfortable with SQL and/or Script Programming.
• Experience in Designing & Developing Database in MySQL is a MUST.

Master’s Degree/PG in computer science or B.E/ B. Tech in Computer/Electronics or equivalent with minimum 2 years industrial/academic experience in UI/UX development, computational biology, MD simulations, PHP, MySQL, Bash scripting, Server admin. Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, HTML, or PHP, and CSS. Experience in exploring libraries and frameworks (for example Bootstrap and J Query) and using GitHub, a version control system. Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design. Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects. Superb leadership, collaboration and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating hiring, induction, training and coaching of sales team and distributor.

• Continuously engaging/enhancing capability of the team through personal intervention
• Developing reporting mechanism for sales staff
• Managing regular review, system and processes with frontline sales staff and distributors
• Contributing towards achieving penetration and share objective
• Influencing distributors to carry stock and adhering to route plans that ensure implementation of trade and consumer promotional plan

What You Need for this Position:

B.tech/BE/MS/MCA/BCA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
3+ years of experience using Swift to develop and deliver production applications for iOS
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of native development patterns
Experience with ios app testing and security, including writing unit tests, test automation, and working closely with quality assurance teams
Experience with dependency management tools such as Cocoapods, SPM, and Carthage
Debugging experience with stack traces, spin traces, performance & concurrency/threading issues
Successful launch of consumer-grade applications to the Apple App Store
Experience with Git VCS and best practices for source code management
Proven experience with crafting and integrating client-side REST APIs
