Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Professional with 8+ years of expertise in developing and supporting SAP applications using SAP ABAP within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RICEF objects, ABAP Proxy, and ALE/IDOC integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP
• Work extensively on RICEF objects:
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Develop and manage ABAP Proxy and ALE/IDOC integrations
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning
• Support SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and best practices
• Participate in deployment and post-production support

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP development
• Expert-level knowledge of RICEF objects
• Hands-on experience with:
• ABAP Proxy
• ALE / IDOC (Mandatory)
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience in SAP integration and data exchange
• Good understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO – preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP migrations / upgrades
• Knowledge of S/4HANA environment
• SAP certification (good to have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field

Position Responsibilities :

1. Prime focuses on installation, testing, and configuration for Oracle, ASM, backup/recovery, security, monitoring, maintenance, logging, HA, and DR setup.
2. Managing hundreds of Oracle databases using more innovative routines/tools to identify the opportunities for better security and availability 
3. Setup and manage Oracle OEM
4. Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
5. Bring standards across environments and products by developing SOPs.
6. Optimize day-to-day operations and bring efficiencies
7. Plan and implement industry best practices for the best utilization of available resources
8. Perform duties in compliance with Deltek, industry, and regulatory security and compliance standards as defined
9. Work with cross-functional teams to assist in application and hosting optimization
10. Respond effectively to high-priority issues and incidents when needed
11. Provide Technically expertise and training to internal and external teams for Oracle Administration
12. Work independently and with a global team on highly specialized projects
13. Provide on-call support as required
14. Perform duties in compliance with Deltek, industry, and regulatory security and compliance standards as defined.

Qualifications :

1. 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience, at least 4 of which are in 12c or newer with multitenancy in a virtualized environment, AWS is preferred
2. In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle, Grid, ASM, OEM, Fleet Management, RMAN, Data Guard, TDE, CMU, Patching, and other critical components of Oracle
3. In-depth knowledge of Pluggable Databases, Virtualize Platform, Linux OS environments, and operating system Internals
4. Thorough understanding of configuration options, configurable components, concepts, and technologies
5. Strong expertise and hands-on with installation, configuration, backup, and restoration of all data
6. Extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintaining 100+ database instances using a variety of tools
7. Experience with large-scale database management designs, best practices, and issues
8. Good experience with database scripting Shell/python scripting to manage effort-consuming tasks in a more innovative way
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Excellent time management and prioritization skills with an ability to escalate concerns or questions
11. Data-driven solid analytical skills, ability to create reports and present decision-supporting data/patterns
12. A plus is knowledge and experience in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), Snowflake, and Rubrik.
13. Individuals will be working European hours to support Denmark. 
14. Perform duties in compliance with Deltek, industry, and regulatory security and compliance standards as defined.
15. Improves and contributes towards the team's delivery process and raises change requests appropriately. Can estimate the effort required and ensure priority & urgency are understood. Ensures appropriate monitoring is in place.
16. Displays good skills in executing and creating solutions for toil reduction and efficiency. Exercises abilities in troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
