Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L3 Support Engineer to manage and resolve complex technical issues in our Online Travel Booking Platform. You will act as a bridge between customer support, QA, and development teams, with deep knowledge of application internals, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
