We are looking "SAP FICO/TRM Consultant" for Reputed Client @ Chennai Permanent Role.

• 5+ Years of experience in FICO and FM. REFX and GM knowledge in preferred.

• Will be the single point of contact for any Finance user’s requirement.

• Will provide Level 1,2,3 support and raise SAP tickets if required.

• Will configure and develop the systems as per user requirements.

• Will coordinated and collaborate with any additional resources required to complete requirement or resolve an issue. Either with other SAP consultants or external resources.

• Solid Knowledge of SAP FI Sub-Modules, GL, AR, AP, FA, ans banking

• Good Knowledge of SAP CO Sub Modules, CCA, PC, and PA

• Good Knowledge of SAP Treasury Management Enf to End Implementation experience, for both public and prisectors

• Will be responsible to provide knowledge and training for users.

• Will be responsible to update the process related documentation.

This is not a conventional marketing job. This is a founder-track leadership role, compensated through meaningful equity and long-term ownership.

The Role

You will own a go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, messaging, demand generation, and category creation for a rapidly scaling AI platform. You’ll work directly with the founder, influence product direction, and run GTM execution end-to-end.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who has operated at the top of the GTM and marketing stack:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, marketing leadership, or growth roles
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or enterprise tech
• Has built or executed focused, non-spray-and-pray GTM motions (ICP-led, data-driven, outcome-oriented)
• Strong in messaging, content strategy, category design, and competitive positioning
• Comfortable advising C-suite and operating like a fractional CMO or founder
• Excellent communicator (written, narrative, pitch, storytelling)
• Preferably based in an English-speaking region (US/UK/Canada/Australia/Singapore)

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.
• Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.
• Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.

• Proven software development experience
• Proven working experience in Android
• Strong Java OOPs concepts and design patterns understanding
• Hands-on experience on Kotlin
• Good understanding of C and data structures, JavaScript
• Must have a good understanding of React Native or Cordova
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Have published at least one app in the Store
• Experience in writing SDK frameworks
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Knowledge of JNI, security algorithms
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces
• Knowledge of the open-source Android/iOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Must be proficient in code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle
• Good to have: Experience in working on cross-platform such as Flutter, Kony

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive knowledge in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases. 

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Trained PHP Candidates
• Need to have good skills in web development and software design
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating video lectures for class 6th to 8th (Maths & Science) explaining the concept of assigned topics in your respective regional language (Tamil or Kannada)
2. Show the face is mandatory while making the video lectures
3. You must be good at making interactive PPT and have experience of 2-3 years in the teaching domain
4. Complete the daily target & reporting to the project manager

Contract length: 2 months

Part-time hours: 14 per week
