Position: Manager/Sr.Manager - Ticketing & Visa Operations 

Oversee and ensure the seamless issuance of tickets and efficient visa processing within the defined TAT. Execute all requests with strict adherence to SOPs, maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Proactively identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities, such as ancillary services, to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional service quality. 

Roles and Responsibilities- 

 

  • Manage and oversee the operational activities of the corporate travel department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 
  • Utilize GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) to handle air ticketing for both international and domestic travel. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing personalized service. 
  • Coordinate and book flights and other travel arrangements according to client preferences and budgetary constraints.

Who You'll Work With

You will work in the India office (INO), which currently comprises ~1000 Firm members and external workers. You would oversee, guide and direct operations and strategy for all functions pertaining to Location management, Travel (Air, Ground transportation, Hotels and Guesthouses), Executive Assistants (90 members), Visual Graphics (50 members), Events management for the office, as well as personnel practices for our support staff.
