Job Summary
The Manager– Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, treasury, and budgeting functions. The role requires a deep understanding of NBFC regulations, financial products, and RBI compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in all financial reporting.
- Supervise general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions.
