Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Python.
• Build reliable and reusable test automation frameworks for web and cloud-based applications.
• Work with AWS cloud services for test execution, environment management, and integration needs.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing as part of the QA lifecycle.
• Analyze test failures, identify root causes, raise defects, and collaborate with development teams.
• Participate in requirement review, test planning, and strategy discussions.
• Contribute to CI/CD setup and integration of automation suites.

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting and framework development.
• Understanding and practical exposure to AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, or similar).
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and defect management.
• Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest).
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Good to Have:

• API testing experience (REST, Postman, REST Assured).
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment.

Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)

Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures

Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Mandatory (Database Skills): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Mandatory (Cloud & Infra): Must have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS

Mandatory (DevOps & Infra): Must have working experience with Linux environments, Apache, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring

Mandatory (CS Fundamentals): Must have strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS concepts, and system design

Mandatory (Company) : Product companies (B2B SaaS preferred)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have atleast 2 years of experience in each of the previous companies (if less exp, then proper reason)

Qualifications & Experience:

▪ 2 - 4 years overall experience in ETLs, data pipeline, Data Warehouse development and database design

▪ Software solution development using Hadoop Technologies such as MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Yarn/Mesos etc.

▪ Expert in SQL, worked on advanced SQL for at least 2+ years

▪ Good development skills in Java, Python or other languages

▪ Experience with EMR, S3

▪ Knowledge and exposure to BI applications, e.g. Tableau, Qlikview

▪ Comfortable working in an agile environment

Job role: UX Manager

Location: Bangalore

Role reporting into: Head of UX Strategy and Design

Does this role have direct reports?: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the Product design philosophy and UX strategy
• Team management and mentoring
• Initiate/ participate in user research initiatives and insights to drive design decisions
• Translate user needs and business goals into innovative products that provide an engaging user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams right from Design, Product Management, Engineering, Operations to Marketing
• Practice design thinking, understand ‘jobs to be done’ framework, agile and lean UX methodologies
• Knowledge of wireframing, visual design and rapid prototyping tools
• Manage shifting priorities, deliver pixel perfect products, and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Should partner with content writers to help articulate User Guide documentation, demo video scripts etc.
• Ensure the quality of the design throughout the development cycle.

Job Requirements:

Ideally a person should have had the below experiences / possess the below abilities to succeed in this role:

• Previous experience of having managed a team
• Proven problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex ideas
• A portfolio that demonstrates a user centred design process, interaction and visual design skills with experience designing web apps/ cross platform products in the consumer as well as enterprise space.
• Should be self-driven and proactively look at improving user workflows of existing products
• Should have the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Have demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing to uncover unarticulated user needs, usability issues etc
• Good learning ability to grasp new domains and comfort to understand both depth and breadth across the technology platform(s)
• Should be a team player and be comfortable collaborating across teams.
• Should possess good communication skills to articulate the design process and design decisions to stakeholders
• Should be proficient in developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications

Preferred Work Experience: 8+ years , preferably with a combination of work experience in start-up environments as well as large corporates 

Education/Qualifications: B-Des /M-Des from institutes like NID, Srishti or IDC (IIT)
