About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities: ● Process vendor bills/invoices with appropriate approvals and documentation. ● Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and PO (Purchase Order) matching to ensure invoice accuracy. ● Ensure timely disbursal of payments via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or cheques as applicable. ● Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for invoice verification and clarifications. ● Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile vendor balances regularly. ● Track payment cycles and maintain ageing reports. ● Handle vendor queries and resolve payment-related issues. ● Ensure TDS deduction and timely filing of returns. ● Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policy. ● Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
