Job Position: Sr. Graphic Designer – 2D / Visualizer

Location: Pune

Job Profile:  

• Creative bent of mind, enthusiastic & understanding of Event work

• Should have knowledge of all 2D Software eg : Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw, InDesign, Adobe Suite

• Hands on experience of working on event collaterals, Event branding / Conferences / Set Designs etc
• Visualize & create out of the box solutions
• Should have knowledge of Animation, Videos & video editing, After Effects software
• Should be able to work under pressure & complete work as per deadlines

Software Tester with overall knowledge of testing lifecyle.

Good analytical skills

Preparing test scenarios and reports

Worked on selenium and test automation tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads by a daily cold call on the field until they are engaged.
• Maintain relationships with prospective, new & existing clients to add on new services and increase the business revenue.
• Achieve forecasted sales goals. 
• Manage the sales funnel and source leads and take daily follow-up with them for acquisition
• Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
• Be able to properly demonstrate product presentation and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
• Set demo session with the potential customer to convert 
• Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain a relationship
• Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and competitor information to build strategies & increase business revenues.
• Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
• On-board customers and keep the communication alive to build high CSAT scores.
• Handle after-sales services & queries of the client.

Role and responsibilities

• Expertise in AWS (Most typical Services),Docker & Kubernetes.
• Strong Scripting knowledge, Strong Devops Automation, Good at Linux
• Hands on with CI/CD (CircleCI preferred but any CI/CD tool will do). Strong Understanding of GitHub
• Strong understanding of AWS networking and. Strong with Security & Certificates.

• Experienced in creating microcopy that will drive visitors towards taking the right actions across our website
• Experienced in writing technical documents like product sheets, product manuals, technical guides, tutorials, etc

• You have at least 2 year professional experience building web applications and APIs using a modern programming language and framework. We use Laravel, Django and .NET, experience with any of these is a plus.

• You have at least 1 year professional experience building single page applications using React, Vue.js or Angular.
• You have strong and up-to-date knowledge of Javascript ES6 and higher.
• You can make a solid relational data model and have a deep knowledge of SQL.
• You have a good understanding of HTTP and know how to make a reliable and modern web API (REST).
• You have worked on at least one large complex web application.
• You know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.
• You have a good understanding of async programming concepts.
• You work daily with tools like Git, NPM, Composer and a proper IDE (IntelliJ).
• You can deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.
• You write clean code and are a pragmatic programmer.

 Extra points 

• You have in-depth knowledge of Laravel/Django/.NET and its ecosystem.
• You have in-depth knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem.
• You wish Typescript was the default language of the web.
• You have experience with state management libraries like MobX and Redux and know how to architect large maintainable single page applications.
• You write automated tests and perform automated end-to-end testing.
• You have Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, CodeShip, Bitbucket Pipelines), Docker and automating cloud deployments.
• You have knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB, Memcached, Redis and search engines like Elasticsearch and can explain their advantages and disadvantages.
• You have experience working on high load applications and multi-server architectures.
• You have experience with Scrum and Lean methodology.
