Job Position: Sr. Graphic Designer – 2D / Visualizer

Location: Pune

Job Profile:  

• Creative bent of mind, enthusiastic & understanding of Event work  
• Convert client brief into Design Concepts

• Understand & work within Brand Guidelines of Clients
• Should have knowledge of all 2D Software eg : Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw, InDesign, Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of Print technology, responsible for print specifications
• Hands on experience of working on event collaterals, Event branding / Conferences / Set Designs etc
• Visualize & create out of the box solutions
• Should have knowledge of Animation, Videos & video editing, After Effects software
• Should be able to work under pressure & complete work as per deadlines

Metalpace.com is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across all of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs and create design solutions that are visually appealing and intuitive to use
• Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and validate design solutions
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended
• Continuously monitor and iterate on the user experience to ensure it aligns with business objectives and user needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work with clear explanations of design decisions and outcomes
• Experience conducting user research, testing, and analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
