Who are we looking for?
This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International Business Groups. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
What should you do?
• New Customer Acquisition
• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line withteam/organizational objectives • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
• Customer Relationship Management
• Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback • Key Account Management • New account development
• Operations and Reporting
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
● Identify enterprises that need L&D programs and establish contact.
● Conduct meetings in-person or digital meetings with the company's senior-level executives
● Rigorous follow-ups from leads to create a successful business from new and existing customer accounts
● Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
● Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with leads.
● Drive long-term relations with enterprises and improve repeat business and overall wallet size.
What skills do you need
● Minimum Bachelor's Degree.MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes (ISB, IIM, IIT, XLRI, BITS, Amity,) preferred.
● 1-5 years' quota-carrying B2B sales experience ( High Growth Startup experience would be great)
● Prior work experience in B2B Ed-Tech or B2B HR-Tech Preferred but not mandatory.
Possess a “can-do attitude” and desire to hit challenging targets
● Good understanding of the hierarchy and structure of various roles in top organizations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

About the job -
Maximise customer satisfaction through delivery of L1 and L2 support.
What will you do?
• A thorough understanding of the strategic vision for the service desk and the ability to set the long-term direction of the team
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team comprising of 18-20 members by overseeing a combination of planned activities, monitoring of operations, and handling escalations.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs.
• Build and lead a cohesive and high performing team.
• Work across various teams (Partner Success, Product Management, Infrastructure etc.) to resolve issues and concerns for end-users in a timely and effective manner

We are looking for -
• B. Tech or equivalent degree in computer science.
• ITIL 4 Certified
• Total experience of 10+ years with at least 3 years leading a team serving customers globally.
• Industry experience of working in similar IT services/product companies with. B2B experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented and takes initiative to tackle challenges
