We have opening for SAP PPQM Consultant/Sr. Consultant with leading industry for Kolkata Location.

Qualification Required:-B.Tech

Must Haves:

• Must have 8 years of relevant exp in SAP PP, QM Module.
• Must have 4+ years of SAP PP Experience with at least 2 to 3years of Domain exp
• Must have experience of both PP and QM modules
• Should have experience of executing 1-2End to end Implementations (S4 HANA Preferable).
• Expertise in requirements understanding, system design, development, testing methodologies, training, defining support procedures
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP PP - SOP, Flexible planning, Capacity planning, Variant Configuration, CBP, Discrete, REM, LTP, Engineering & Organization Change Management, Batch Management as well as PP-PI processes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP QM module - Master data, Batch Management, Notifications, Sample Management, Quality Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, Stability Study, Deadline Monitoring, Vendor Evaluation.
• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. In-depth knowledge in the below areas:
• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centres/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups, Inspection Plan, - Material Requirement Planning (MRP)- Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution.
• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing- Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales
• Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.
• Must have integration knowledge with FI, CO, SD, MM, PM modules.

Good to Have:

• Preferred if hands-on and good experience in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, migration, Fiori applications on latest HANA releases

• 3+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Summary:

Smart Joules is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the evolution of our technology platform (DeJoule) to make continuous energy optimization simple and profitable at scale. DeJoule is designed on the latest IOT and web technologies to continuously identify and correct for hidden inefficiencies in dynamic energy systems such as air conditioning and compressed air. It 1) collects data in real time from buildings and factories, 2) analyses real time and historical data using heuristic and machine learning algorithms to find hidden energy inefficiencies and optimum set points, and 3) continuously adjusts (controls) set points of various equipment installed in buildings and factories to minimize energy use. We are looking to build new capabilities in data-driven intelligence, user delight, universal compatibility and continuous optimization through full automation.

You will engage deeply with Smart Joules’ leadership and management team and customers to connect our software and its capabilities to our mission. The technology we build together will save 30% or more of the energy consumed in India’s most prominent buildings and factories that stand today and are yet to be built, and will displace the largest multi-nationals as the highest selling automation product in the Indian and other developing markets.

• Has 7+ years of experience building IOT & cloud technology platforms with mastery in System Design and Architecture, Database Administration, Data Structuring and Algorithms, Javascript frameworks (Angular.js, Node.js), AWS managed services (SNS,SQS, IoT core, Dynamo DB, Lambdas, Kinesis and others), Python and related technologies.
• Is humble and collaborative, with a deep-seated ambition to have a significant impact at a global scale.
