Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Insurance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting insurance products (life, health, or general). This is a field role that involves meeting prospects, explaining policies, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Meet prospective clients and understand their insurance needs
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately
- Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer profiles
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients for documentation and policy issuance
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and training sessions

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
